This game is good. The only thing missing is letting us craft potions, i mean we get mushrooms and such its gonna be a shame if theres nothing that we can craft with it

In japan monster hunter was everywhere, and when it was very popular with the psp release and 3ds games people going in and out of their jobs are playing monster hunter, so mh players usually do touch grass.
My main issue is I live in a very small desolate area where all the 'big' gathering nodes (and how few of them exist in theses areas) are cluster together and as such always end up being the same gathering node type, which leaves me hoping that the biome/map rotation changes frequently enough that I can hit the nodes when I can as they cycle between forest, swamp, and desert. On my work days I can hit like 4 extra big nodes (again so close together they all end up the same node type) where as my days off I get maybe 6 at best. I kinda wish the access range (which can be extended with the wander items) was naturally bigger for the area I live as all the monsters tend to spawn a good 30 min to an hour away with maybe a single monster occasionally spawning in the area around my home

On the subject of quest rewards, it seems it's all RNG. I believe you get a fixed amount of materials, with maybe a bonus few if you get a good time score, and you get one extra material for each part break. The materials obtained from breaking parts come from the same pool as the basic rewards, so there's no need to target the tail for tails, for example. TLDR: aim for the highest number of part breaks, just whichever is easier to break. Hammer users aren't missing anything on sever-only parts and vice versa.
Niantic fucked with the numbers already, getting rarer materials has been lowered so you're going to be forced to grind like a motherfucker to just upgrade your stuff.
Really enjoying the game, but surprised there isn't a mechanic which rewards your for walking like hatching eggs in pokemon Go. Seems like they could implement an expedition system to MH Now where you send out palicoes which return after X amount of Km walked with resources.
I was sure there would be a mechanic where you could 'hunt' a monster by walking/tracking a certain amount of distance. Then an encounter can start once you've walked the distance.

The game is great cause of capcom, and it would have been waaaaay better without a mobile game company; they are just the worst of the videogame industry
This game makes me appreciate having a giant park across the street from my house. In a city, and if my city isn't big enough I'm about 10 minutes outside of Charlotte.
I like the game, but I live in a rural area, so no matter what I have to go on hour long walks to get to each gathering node. It’s basically required to spoof location if you live anywhere on a dead end road. Living in a high density city also makes the game 10x easier as monsters spawn based on road location. And I don’t want to walk on my hillbilly ass streets.
One thing I'd correct is, breaking specific monster parts does NOT work like in mainline games. All it does is grant you 1 or 2 more RNG drops. This according to what I've learned from the forums and out of game groups. Everything is RNG in this game. Would suggest to break as many parts as possible, but specific part doesn't guarantee or raise drop rate of said part.
If you play element weapons increase the element damage. If you play weapons without an element, increase the raw dmg. Fast hitting weapons are very strong with element builds, slow hitting weapons are strong with raw dmg builds
Thanks for the info, but I was actually hoping for a video of the tips of the weapons mechanics. More than just tapping the screen for basic attack ya know?
The only issue i have with the game is honestly just poor rng drop. I am currently at HR33 and Chapter 10 but I am struggling against 4 and 5 star monsters because I am not able to get any drops to upgrade my gear at all. I am currently using a Sword&Shield Jagras Grade 3 5/5 and despite hunting over 10+ 4-5 stars I have not yet been able to get a single purple grade drop which is extremely frustrating as I do not have any other materials to upgrade anything else. The game is fine but the drops are a major issue for me as I am stuck in a loop and I have to realy go against 4-5 star mobs to even get drops which is a struggle considering I have to play a perfect battle or else I run out of time due to lack of damage. Even against other monsters I have yet to obtain any high grade materials to get any other weapons yet which is why it is a struggle.
I would rather you, if u really struggle that hard, to focus on Monster first that have a weakness to your Element (water). In your Case is it Girros,Anjanath etc. Put your fokus on Anjanath and farm him. He is very easy. Just stand at his legs and nothing can hit u. Then use the Materials for upgrade fire weapons as high as u can and with that strong Fireweapon u can hunt Great-Jagras easier and bring ur water-weapon higher. Repeat that progress until ur weapons are strong enough and then u can hunt down other Monsters way easier. I hope it helps and i wish u much luck in future Monster hunts.
@@Happybro2 At me its totally ok. The droprate is only about 20% i think at lvl.4 Rarity Items. At lvl.5 it has to be lower. Don't forget that MH is a Grindgame. So true bro, G3 5/5 is a curse for my every piece of equipment 💀, talk about the disappointment after I finally get to fight and beat the 4 star monster but the drop is the same as 1 star.
Well, the gathering points come from Pokemon go which came from ingress. So when you had an active ingress community in your town you have lots of gathering points. In fact I have 2 points in my living room.

The game is ok but I’m not good enough to do consistent no damage hunts so I end up with a lot of down time where I can’t hunt anything. Honestly playing this makes me wish they just released a global version of Monster Hunter Explore because from what I’ve seen of that game it looks way more entertaining.
Big issue now is you can't hurt with friends online, it's strictly Local now and with most of us being most likely couch potatoes. I think those in big cities and 'landmarks' including spoofers will get the better end of the stick. Unfortunately

This is wack, i live super rural and the closest "densely populated city center" is just over an hour drive away. Ive been stuck at 5 star because I literally cannot upgrade my gear. I have no problems killing monsters for materials, but I cannot get the higher star gathering items. As it stands, if I can get 2-3 super moves, not get hit, and the monster doesn't do much running around then thats the only way I can kill 5 star monsters like Anjanath and Rathian. The other monsters boosted to 5 star arent as tanky. However, due to this terrible design and scarcity I cannot complete the Legiana hunt. I have been stuck at this point for days and probably will continue to be stuck here.
How do I manage to make a party with friends? So far I've only seen the qr code option, and I can't solo any 5stars, my damage is too low, and drop rates are really slowing my build down
you can't just not make elemental weapons one of the more common daily quest is "hunt 3 monsters with its elemental weakness" 9:28 hey, you got my hunting experience in this montage! so the question is how often can you perfect dodge this framerate?
The idea wasn't "don't make elemental weapons", it was "don't make elemental weapons before you know which weapon you want to main" Use the base raw iron weapon to figure out which weapon you enjoy the most, *then* make elemental weapons of that type. Focusing on element too early just makes you run out of materials fast.
Huh, I have yet to see that daily come up, was that from the beta, or post-launch? I usually get a "kill this specific monster" for quest 3, and then quests 1 and 2 are "kill monsters", "kill large monsters", "gather items", or "kill monsters with this weapon".
I love this game so far, but hate how its basically cheating if you live in a city. I live in the middle nowhere and thats where monsters would be. But resources are scarce. The game was clearly designed around urban environments since in Japan, thats where the players are.
Has anyone figured out what the cooldown is on the static foraging nodes? Video said a few hours but I'm wondering if anyone knows how many? I just know it's less than 24 :p
You can check in Game. Click your character portrait, then monsters from the list. When you click a monster, scroll all the way to the bottom to show its drops from the rarity. The General Rule is, Rarity 2 drop from 2 star enemy, rarity 3 from 3 star, rarity 4 from 4 star, etc...
Can you do a video how how to do attacks with the weapons please. I was baffled how you where doing so many things haha. A tutorial weapon video would be awesome.
Honestly really upset rn that the compatibility seems really strict because i cant download it on either of the phones i have and they are relatively new phones. Kinda shitty
Honestly, I would play way more mobile games if they didn't drain your phone battery ao quickly. My phone has like a 2 day long battery but if I play a game its only a few hours.
A 20-minute walk to work brought my battery to 50%. (It's normally a 10 minute walk, but obviously I was stopping to fight monsters.) Let's just say that day I was glad I brought my charger.
sounded more like instead of showing us a way to get fast zenny and hr you instead explained the very basics of playing this game. also some info provided is misleading. for example breaking monster parts doesn't guarantee said monster part will drop, instead it just gives you one more material from said monster for each broken part. you can still get a monster tail for example without actually cutting the monsters tail.
i can't even play the game this aint a global release this is a semi global it literally failing to install but the game says its available for my phone ;-; ;-; ;-;
If you can't download it, try restarting your phone or deleting Pokémon Go/ other GPS or Niantic games ( you can only have one Niantic game at a time )
@@Saifen what do you mean by "you can only have one Niantic game at a time" I'm playing both pokemon go and monster hunter now at literally the same time (I have pogo open on a floating window in the corner of my screen and auto catching with my gotcha while I'm playing mh now at the same time)
Zenni is only used to upgrade your weapons and armor, nothing else. And it's fucking scarce so you better grind them 3 daily quests or else you're gonna have to pay pappa Niantic some bucks to get money.
The major city bias come from niantic systems end same with there other games, monster hunter dev had said they try to fix this problem in few ways , but it is not enough. Niantic is going need to change there how there system works.
Friends do not matter in this game if you find someone hard to kill upgrade once. Friends are only good of someone has extremally high level EQ other than that its easier alone
Niantic is already fucking with the game, rare item drops have been nerfed so working your way up the ranks (without paying for double the rewards, that is) is going to be an unfun slog... I'm going to drop it, I think. It was a fun experiment, but seems like Niantic only learned the wrong things from Pokémon Go's launch.
Less than a 3rd of the pokestops are used in mhn for gathering spots completely screwing rural players, im on 6 star monsters now and honestly it's starting to feel like its cheating, monsters move or hide underground too much robbing you of your kill or lagging moves making you get hit.
I live in the mountains, with a forest in it, and sometimes the game thinks I'm in a desert. Or that there's nothing in it. Our place doesn't really have a lot of residents, but I do get a few large monster every once in a while. Like there's always at least 2 when the large monsters shows up
Honestly my opinion is this game is perfectly captured monster hunter experience and probably a best modern mobile game in a while or of all time IF you hate walking outside of your house and doing a pretty much a pokemon go game with unique twist but this game has considerable to be monster hunter world on mobile with alot of elements from broken longsword to mostly mh world monsters straight from this game so hey we have a monster hunter world 2 at home

The game is meh at best. These content creators are in a drought. So anything is goty. The real strategy is spend 50 to 100 dollars. There isn't crafting potions cause u can craft 5 potions for $2. There's no content in this game. U either use bow or lbg or hammer like me and suffer shyt gameplay where u get hit from questionable attacks. The time limit isn't enough u either feel rushed. And then u get hit forcing u to use a potion or u run out of time playing safe. Monster roars there goes 4 seconds. Monster roars then goes underground there goes 12 seconds. This is like diablo immortal all over again.. and content creators they are all giddy about a mobile game spreading shyt on the community. Instead just being real.
@@kedolan4992same I have never seen this daily element quest
I hope it will have a chat room or chat box so that they communicate each other before the raid of the monster.
No
would be fun if there was a chat for every biome area or smth
How you hunt with friends in the friend list? isn't it still need to play in close vicinity
You can't. You need to be close by, similar to early pokemon go raids before the remote passes were introduced.
so how do i invite people on my friends list to join a marked hunt? even the party system doesn't mention inviting from friends list.
They have to next to you an scan the QR code. No other way around it!
@@jh736pink6 so there isnt much of a point for the friends list at this stage of the game?
@@mondoyikesnope, other than just checking now and then to see how your friends are progressing with their ranks or loadout.
@shipchaseplays6988 hopefully soon we can send friends gifts like in pokemon go
Would be nice. Like send a first aid med or smth like a lil care package.
Anyone know the max HR is? and highest Star tier for monsters? Is it going to be similar to main series? Such as HR999 and 7-Star monsters?
The max is HR200
Can i get the rarity 3 barroth part with a 2 stars one? I made an entire genocide and got nothing.
The game will tell you with the info button in the top right before a hunt.
That's already up on the channel!
@@RageGamingVideos thank you! And holy I got a reply from the team, epic!
Tried your referral and it came up as error [6-4]
@Cotton Noticed you can do tail cuts but I don't see them in the extra rewards.
wheres the part where we get infinity zenny??? wth
Honestly really upset rn that the compatibility seems really strict because i cant download it on either of the phones i have and they are relatively new phones. Kinda shitty
I guess Monsters just want to be in city's. No fun to be a massive creature if don't hear some human screams.
Listing to all this living in rural Australia😢... "well I'm f%&ked!"😅
Not really 😅
Thay need a hunter's board for people who can't go out so people can help that lest you join players help
Honestly, I would play way more mobile games if they didn't drain your phone battery ao quickly. My phone has like a 2 day long battery but if I play a game its only a few hours.
A 20-minute walk to work brought my battery to 50%. (It's normally a 10 minute walk, but obviously I was stopping to fight monsters.)
Let's just say that day I was glad I brought my charger.
sounded more like instead of showing us a way to get fast zenny and hr you instead explained the very basics of playing this game. also some info provided is misleading. for example breaking monster parts doesn't guarantee said monster part will drop, instead it just gives you one more material from said monster for each broken part. you can still get a monster tail for example without actually cutting the monsters tail.
just hoping to get huge boss fight 12 ppl team fight!! might need 6 months to 2 yearrs to get updates! haha
how to get rid of lags?
i can't even play the game this aint a global release this is a semi global it literally failing to install but the game says its available for my phone ;-; ;-; ;-;
If you can't download it, try restarting your phone or deleting Pokémon Go/ other GPS or Niantic games ( you can only have one Niantic game at a time )
@@Saifen what do you mean by "you can only have one Niantic game at a time"
I'm playing both pokemon go and monster hunter now at literally the same time
(I have pogo open on a floating window in the corner of my screen and auto catching with my gotcha while I'm playing mh now at the same time)
@@Super10FIN thats what happened to me, the bug kept saying - sorry you can only have one Nitanic game at a time
Maybe I'm unlucky lol
There is one thing that im very curious about and that is the use of zenny in this monster hunter game (MHN). Is there anyone eplained it?
Zenni is only used to upgrade your weapons and armor, nothing else. And it's fucking scarce so you better grind them 3 daily quests or else you're gonna have to pay pappa Niantic some bucks to get money.
@@MercuryAlphaInc thanks
Wait... you can play with friends even if they're not there with you?? D: D: D:
You cannot.
The major city bias come from niantic systems end same with there other games, monster hunter dev had said they try to fix this problem in few ways , but it is not enough. Niantic is going need to change there how there system works.
You forgot to tell us how to get infinite zenny like you wrote in caps on your vid...
The paintball qr code is crap used to be able to just invite nearby like non paintball large monsters
Less than a 3rd of the pokestops are used in mhn for gathering spots completely screwing rural players, im on 6 star monsters now and honestly it's starting to feel like its cheating, monsters move or hide underground too much robbing you of your kill or lagging moves making you get hit.
Attack boost help me with Purple stars
Won’t let me add you :(
My code is 4435 8870 6488
I live in the mountains, with a forest in it, and sometimes the game thinks I'm in a desert. Or that there's nothing in it. Our place doesn't really have a lot of residents, but I do get a few large monster every once in a while. Like there's always at least 2 when the large monsters shows up
The biomes in the game are randomized from my experience
@@belfnoit does seem so
the biomes are random and rotate every day. this makes it so that big gathering nodes in parks also rotate based on biome.
I wonder when any update will happen on this game. Idm because it's pretty recent.
I'm expecting elder dragons to eventually appear.
@@tylerbish2441it's too early for elder dragons to appear
The great Kelbi genocide event
Lol I mean eventually. It meant I don't care how long. But I don't mind other monsters showing up like zinogre and more.
Thanks cotton
When?
Now
Honestly my opinion is this game is perfectly captured monster hunter experience and probably a best modern mobile game in a while or of all time IF you hate walking outside of your house and doing a pretty much a pokemon go game with unique twist but this game has considerable to be monster hunter world on mobile with alot of elements from broken longsword to mostly mh world monsters straight from this game so hey we have a monster hunter world 2 at home
so where is infinite zenny guide
Thanks for your referral code. I send a friend request. I'm HR 25 and anyone reading this we should start a way to build friends for our awesome entertainer. The more friends they have, the better gear I'm sure they'll eventually build to and thus provide more info. Good luck, Hunters!!
I give this game half a year before shut down 😂
It reminds me when I play Dragon project rip
Seek grass, Fort night
The game is meh "infinite zenny " just kill monster and do quest. .. DUH.
"infinite zenny"... unsub, dislike, don't recommend channel
Peppo will never get hit 😅
i live in a rural area 😢
This game is so easy I don’t feel any accomplishment on this garbage. Nothing compares to the old ones
Its a mobile game relax. There are no "old ones". If you want the original MH games, then go and play those. They still exist. lol 😂
@@Aphesia will do.
