What added value does the 4 cup function have when I press it? I mean, if I want to make 2, 3, 4 or 5 cups, I pour water for the corresponding number of cups and the coffee spoons accordingly for the number of cups. So what makes this button so special?

Hi, is there any manual option to heat the coffee again after 40 minutes ? To warm it up again ?

Could I use it to make tea? I would love it if SMEG could make a hot pot that keeps water hot at a set temperatures 24/7 - especially in the Dolce & Gabbana design

We do have our KLF04 Kettles which you are able to choose a temperature that you prefer for different tea choices. You can shop these below:

general rule of thumb is a scoop per cup, at least that's what i do

Are these programmable so you can set it up the night before, & wake up to fresh brewed coffee?
I can clean it before using? I mean for my first use how to clean it? I use the rinsing method?
Probably use the Dawn dish soap method where you clean out the container where the brewed coffee goes and the outside of the coffee pot. And I think the piece where the coffee grounds go can come out of there and you probably could do the Dawn dish soap method on that too. Just make sure you rinse it out as much as possible so then it doesn't taste like coffee

This is the 'cup button'. This button allows you to brew a small amount of coffee, corresponding to approximately 4 cups.

What if u only want 1 coffee
Hello,
The drip filter coffee machine has a function that allows you to create 1-4 cups of coffee at a time. If you wish to pause the function after one cup of coffee you can press the off button to stop it dispensing.
