This should be a Top 20 because there are still a lot places in the Philippines that highly recommended to visit such as Batanes, Baguio City, Mayon Volcano and Camiguin.
Baguio used to be pretty, now it's too crowded overpopulated, they must rehabilitate Baguio city.
