Thats why this is my go to movie react channel, great movie picks and they dont annoy me by missing half the things in the movie, it can be frustrating to watch a reaction when the people keep missing things I am waiting to see a reaction too. they catch everything.
Christoph Waltz likely played one of the scariest villians of all time...Because on first view he seems to nice ..and then you see the monster behind the eyes lurking...nobody except Anthony Hopkins can play a villian like that. And he is equally good at playing good guys
I feel like the movie actress had to pop that German soldier. She was looking out for herself. When Hans said "you'll be shot for this!!!" And Aldo responded "Nah I don't think so, more like chewed out... I been chewed out before" 🤣
Worth noting that in that time Apple strudel was often made with pig lard same with the cream. Landa 100% knew she was Shoshanna and forcing her to eat the strudel with cream was his way of toying with her as pig products are very much not kosher. Tarantino films are always full of these little details.
In addition, At the dairy farm, Landa grabbed one of the daughter's wrist and held it. He was checking her pulse to see if it was elevated, as he was gathering more evidence in what he already knew about them hiding Jews.
One of my favorite films in the 80's was Paul Schrader's remake of the film Cat People. Hearing David Bowie's theme song for that film in this hit hard. Tarantino definitely watched the same movies I did.
The soldiers in this particular area of the war had seen some pretty horrid things by this time in the war. Brutality that never leaves your mind. I did a study in 1980. Took me 9 months because I had to take breaks but I still dream about it. They had seen some of the camps. All of the cruelty.
I love everything about this movie. It's my favorite Tarantino movie and a top 5 movie all time for me. The scene in the basement bar is my favorite scene in any movie. Cool fact, Tarantino wrote the part of Hans Landa specifically for Christoph Waltz and honestly I don't know anyone else who could play that role.
This is a QT masterpiece. I’m so happy y’all watched this. Christoph Waltz is incredible as Hans Landa. He earned every bit of his Oscar. Just want to say Happy holidays gents!
Thank you for the holiday cheer. Now I can call this Christmas! I have a pittie mix we named after Hugo Stiglitz, cause he is a tough pooch. Be Merry! Old Musician From Seattle
I get Tarantino wrote this with intent, develop the characters and allat it just feels like if it weren’t for the plot, why would Hans straight up execute the Dreyfus’s on the spot bc they evaded capture up til that point? Again, it fleshed out shoshannas reason and arc but sending them to the concentration camp was the same as death idk imma put this blunt down😂
39:25 In this scene it was actually Quinton Tarantino’s “Hands” you see choking her. He wanted it to look real so instead on doing it 😅 with her consent
The head of the SS guy that plays Landa is Christoph waltz he was the co-star in Django, Django's mentor. The range of this man, the way he can go from one role well you can't help but love him to the next where are you can't help but hate him, being completely two different people is just amazing. So many actors just play the same person over and over again with just a different name
So many great performances in this movie. It really draws you in, even though unfortunately, the Furor didn't meet his end this way, it was a great situation for revenge for Shoshanna. Thanks for the reaction and keep up the great work ‼️ ☮️ 💜
Another amazing movie with Mr Waltz is Django Unchained, more disturbing, but so great to see!!! Almost forgot, it's also a movie From MR Tarantino!!!!
They way these guys over thunk the begining while leaving out the whole intro of the conversation made me turn this off right away...because I knew I'd be set up for more frustrations.
Man, Violet has amazing taste in movies!! She must be really cool....and funny.😊 lol
I love this reaction! Definitely gotta do more Tarantino!!❤
You guys are the first reactors I’ve seen that caught on to how the SS officer caught the English spy in the basement bar

Every time Landa grabs a woman's hand, he's feeling for her pulse. To see if she's afraid and has something to hide. Chilling.
One of the few movies I give a rare 10/10. So many outstanding performances and scenes and dialogue...Christoph Waltz is absolute perfection in this.
i love tarantino films, id give many of them a 10/10. so far django unchained and reservoir dogs are my favorites
I give the actor a 10/10 the movie itself doesnt reach a 10

Excellent movie to react to. If you've seen Django, the German guy is the same in this movie and if you haven't, you should deff react to that.

Ok…. We obviously watched it but took it out to avoid copyright layer on..
Sorry but you 2 are dumb to not realize that Hans knew exactly who she was sitting at dinner.

We said he did🤣
So one assumption makes us dumb?… shut up please
