Hi, thanks for the video. But In don't understand one thing: You say "I'm running 1 cable to the Bose" ...Where do you plug in that cable into the Flamma? Into the mono output? And then the cable with the red plug> Where do you plug that into which hole....? Into the Return of the Flamma? Please explain it a bit better: Thank you.
Just picked up my Bose S1 Pro+ a week ago and done 4 gigs with it and yes it ticks all the boxes, and a great addition to my Bose family. I use the L1 Pro 32 Sub 2 for lager gigs and the S1 Pro + for everything else.
Had to have two for the LR dual stereo set up. So far with the vocals pick up the bullet proof SM58 is an awesome partner to this system with so much room for more. I know I won't be disappointed once I max out the options.
Thank you for the video. And I love that you're spreading the word. Years ago I plugged my Line 6 TonePort into the original Bose L1. Best guitar sound ever. Let me put it plainly, for those who are 'slow' - if you plug in your modeller into a guitar amp, you're an idiot because you are deliberately restricting both the guitar AND the modeller by a speaker because both your guitar and and your modeller produce frequencies way beyond the reach of a typical guitar speaker. I'm getting the Bose S1 for Christmas as present to myself.
Exactly what i got a few months ago...just got the Boss IR-2 amp cab pedal last week... it's the absolute best amp I've ever had, even the mesa mark four...nobody believes it until they hear it 😂
Was checking this out yesterday while waiting for this to go live this morning... pretty amazing PA/FRFR speaker solution... with a long battery life and all the processing power... I'm really impressed. Just might be the perfect speaker to go with my FRIEDMAN IR-X!
I just ordered another one,, I would love more information on how to use two together with wireless guitar and microphones. Can you use all four ports for mics together?
Bro, the s1 mixed sound going into your action pro camera is synched with the video then? Thats bad ass. Can this be done with any camera, or even my phone. I have the latest s23, camera is great.
U da man. I knew if I asked around I would find out how to use this. No one speaks of this but you. I even called bose, and they were dumbfounded. No idea what I was talking about, and Im glad I was actually paying attention while watching your video, to catch it. Being this is a popular piece for musicians and recording (S1Pro+), maybe you could do a vid to help others just to understand that this can be done. I been recording video, while cueing the music, then syncing up the audio with the video in a daw. What a pain in the rear that was. Now its simple with the S1 Pro+ and a phone or camera. Bad ass! Game changer
@@MontyDeane I actually walked the Bose rep thru it at Sweetwater's Gearfest 🙂. I'm planning an OTG tutorial video and I'll definitely include the S1 Pro+ in it, stay tuned :)

Perfecto thanks for the video! I still have a doubt, for an electric guitar and without using the wireless transmitter, will this signal chain work? Guitar - MultiFX (Valeton GP200) - BOSE S1pro at guitar position I've read Bose manual and they only mention acoustic guitars. Thank you!

I'll duplicate my question in English just in case - Hello! This is Yuri from Russia. I have an Everse 8, a few days ago I also bought this Bose S1 Pro + I also have a Fender Player Stratocaster HSS electric guitar and a BOSS BSB 30 pedalboard, which has three pedals - BOSS SD1 (Overdrive) BOSS OS2 (Overdrive / Distortion) and BOSS DD7 (Delay) I'm a street musician. And I have such a question!!! Is the Direct mode the most neutral in the Bose Music app from the list of electric guitars? There is a Fender Stratocaster application in the list, but this mode should probably be selected when you connect the guitar directly to the speaker, and not through the pedals. I haven't listened to how it sounds better yet. Home conditions are not very suitable right now. What do you think about this? When you connect an electric guitar to a speaker via pedals, which is better to choose? Fender Stratocaster mode or Direct mode? And what did you choose for your multi-effects processor?
Great video! Are you just using the little camera as an audio recording device? I tried to go from the Bose to my sony zve10 via the little mic input hoping to capture the audio but that didn’t work. I’m guessing I’d need a little pocket cam in order to capture the audio?
The DJI Pocket 3 and DJI Action 4 are able to receive audio via USB-C OTG like an iPhone/Android. I don't know of any other camera that's able to do so. I recommend the Pocket 3 amzn.to/3VgcqW0
Great job on this review. New subs here. I just bought the S1 Pro Plus, but I'm still on the fence about keeping it or getting the Everse 8 for gigging small venues (under 100 people indoors). I more of a vocalist, but play rhythm guitar and Jamzone backtracks, so I place a bit more priority on the vocal sounds. I have an old trusty Bose S2 array that I use for bigger gigs, and even go to a pair of QSC K8's if needed. Now that you've demo'd the S1 Pro Plus and the Everse 8 (on a recent episode), can you give me your honest opinion on which unit would suit me best? Thanks bro!
If you don't need the wireless functions, the Everse 8 will push more air when used as a standalone PA system. The bigger speaker will also translate the low end better.
Hi Perf, does this work connecting my HX stomp? If yes, how? I'm confused why the transmitter from Bose S1+ is connected to your guitar and not on the multi effects.
