You should calculate your CRS score with this occupation. In 2023, the lowest All Program Express Entry CRS cutoff score was 481. If you are not in the 480's, then pick an occupation in the 82 prioritized occupations list or study in a province with easier PNP.

Can guide me regarding laptop my colleges minimum requirements for laptop is i5 8th(2018) gen or higher, while i3 12th (2023) is almost twice better in terms of performance so can purchase a i3 laptop which will suites my budget as well. Is there any problem regarding that ?
chcek for what kind of softwears you have to use if it meets the requirmnet then you are good but try to take it as of invest mnets so if you buy i5 or somthing it will be benificial in the future too so

To be honest as of my own experience Ontario is better in all espects.
If your CRS score is low and rely on PNP for ITA (invitation to apply), then you should compare provincial PNP's. Ontario PNP (OINP) is not as good as other provinces (such as BC PNP). Ontario has stringent requirement for employers if applying OINP.

University fees are usually high approximately 10 to 12 thousand dollars so yeh rest it also depends on course and university you are going to and province as well so yeh...

For foreigner, avoid buying house in BC and Ontario becasue of additional foreign buyer tax.
