➲ A Tragédia no Japão começou em 11 de março com o mais violento terremoto já registrado no país: 9 graus na escala Richter. A ele, seguiu-se o tsunami que arrasou a costa nordeste do território. Morreram mais de 15 mil pessoas.

どれほど多くの方がこの津波によって亡くなられたかと思うと、胸が痛みます。
心から御冥福をお祈り申し上げます。
苦労して建てた家や住み慣れた町が目の前で波にのまれていくのを、高いところから見ているしかないんだもの、どれほど悔しかったか・・これ見てすごいなと思ったのは、泣き叫ぶ人の声じゃなく「早く逃て！」とか「お前んちは大夫？」とか、自分より、人を気遣っている声が多いことだ。
津波って波が来るんじゃなくて、今いる場所が海になるんだな。
まだ現実として理解とらんのやろな…
自分が当事者なのをちゃんとわかってないし友達もおったから強がっちゃうのもあるだろうし見たことない光景だもんね
ちょっとイキリすぎだけど当時は意味わからん程アドレナリン出てて自分も当時ブロック塀に潰れて死にそうな福島県浜通りの中学生だったけどテンション爆上がりで大声でヤバイしか言ってなかったの後から気付いてなんであんなテンションだったのかゾッとしてるから、この子達もどんどん現実見えてくんのしんどいやろな…
叫んでたあの子お父さんに本当に会えなくなってたら一生後悔してると思う本当に哀しい
I spoke with a survivor some years ago. I don't know what part of Japan he was from, but he told me that the dust was a blessing that kept him from having to watch his mother die. I must admit that rattled me for a little while.
中学校か高校からの映像だったと思うけど、こう言ってはよくないが全体の様子がよく分かる良い映像だった。隣の友達のカメラを見ると、この撮影者の機材も良い物だったんだろう。そして動く物を取るときはカメラは動かさないと言うのを良く分かっているね。自分が見たいためについカメラをあちこち振ってしまって見づらい動画が多い。この映像は後生の貴重な資料として残るでしょう。
最初は面白半分で騒いでいるのに徐々に無口になっていくのがリアル。それと笑ってるの非難してる人いるけど中学生男子だとこういう場面で強がりたくなる気持ちも分かるし自分自身を落ち着けようとしているんだと思うよ。

それよりも昔、江戸時代なら、もはや元服を済ませた立派な大人でした。
現代の子供は、父兄や先生を押しのけ、ビデオ撮影して解説までするとは？それも他人の不幸を笑ってますか！

被災者は毎年出てるぞ、洪水だってひざだ。死者も出ている。河川や海に流される人も存在するが。

さらに一番びっくりしたのが

これはもう冗談や強がる気持ちというところを越えて人間としての教育性を疑うレベルだ。。。
幼稚にも程がある。。
俺も元自衛官として
東北にはいったが、俺の同期と避難場所の学校で仲良くなった小学生の女の子が同期を冗談でも仕事中に蹴っ飛ばしてからかったり
仕舞いには暴言も吐くようになった。
親はそれを見てみぬふりしていたし。周りの大人たちも見てみぬふりをしていた。
何週間も変わらないので最終的には班長がその子に怒っていたが。。
後は配給の時に俺のだけ少ないぞと文句をいってくる若物がいたり、小さい子どもが列の中で泣いてると周りも気にせず引きずって怒る女性もいた。
俺もその頃は20代半ばだったが
少し東北には違和感を感じていた。
中学生ならば教育も教養もある歳なのだから
まずは逆に老人の方たちを高台まで
つれていってあげるくらいの
確りさがあってほしかった。。

他の津波映像で、漁師が船が津波に呑み込まれるところを嘆いてます。
他の大人達は冷静に対応していました。
こういう輩は教育がなっとらんのです。自らが働き財産を残しているわけじゃないからでしょう。
しかし国を憂うことは一番大切で、教科書の教育以前の問題だと感じます。
東北だけでなく、津波被害は過去にありました。
洪水被害も毎年起きています。
誰も笑って、騒いで傍観しないですよね。
本当に呆れるし、将来の日本が心配です。
自衛官をなさってるようですが、今の日本で真面に信じれるのは自衛官だけだと認識しています。
今後とも日本国のために「一部の日本人ではなく」

津波が物の怪みたいに迫って来るのが、高い避難場所だとよく分かるけど、家族の為に帰宅中の人達にとっては建物や樹木の陰になって高い津波が迫って来るのが分からずにいたんだろうな。さぞ無念だったと思います。
10年の月日を経てもこの日を忘れずにいます。
犠牲となった皆様のご冥福をお祈りします。
セオル号の話でもあったけど、人間は想像を絶する恐怖を前にした時、あえて真逆に楽しんで見せたり、ちゃかしたりしてしまうと
医学的に証明させているそうです。

津波なんて少し港を乗り上げて浸水するくらいのもんだと想像してたから、津波の映像見て現実を受け入れられなかったのを覚えてる。
笑ってるけど、アドレナリン出て普通じゃないだけ。こんな状況で普通にいられるほうが異常。クールにしてるようだけど、それも違う。それだけ大変な出来事だったんだと思う。よくみんな再建してきたと思う。

結果を知って見てても、この動画の川？の向こう側の街は既に波が来てて厳しそうだ…とは思っても、この手前の地域ものまれるなんてやっぱり想像つかないなと…。このじぶんのなかの常識を超える出来事が目の前で起きてる最中の時点で、深刻さを理解するまでの実感など湧くはずない、笑いや冗談が出るのはある意味自分を守るための人間の本能なのかもと改めて感じます。。
これほど凄い津波は、この街の人々にとって、取り返しのつかない事をしでかした。悲しくて、悔しくて、無念です。

動画のはじめから津波が到達するまで街全体が飲まれて壊滅することをこの人たちが知らないと思うと辛い。十年経ちますが今後来るであろう災害の教訓にしてほしい。亡くなられた多くの方のご冥福をお祈りします。

その子にとっては、すべてが理解不能でまだ現実として実感できなかったんだろうね。きっと津波が去って、街に降りて、実際自分の家がなくなってたり、人の死体を見たりしてやっと現実だと気づいたんだと思うよ。

A lot of people ignored the warnings, you still see people driving and walking when the wave came,.., why they don t escaped to higher ground just like where the maker of this video was .
A lot of people are trying to escape, but we can't see on this screen, but the road is almost full. Also, the actual tsunami can be seen by people on the hill, but not by people on the ground. Those who are fleeing do not know the situation.
The amount of time was less than twenty minutes in some places even less. Many elderly. And then...the people who think false alarm or god only knows.
No one expected this great of a tsunami. They had 25 mins after having had a horrible and violent earth quake to try to recover from. Phones/communications were down. I doubt very many were just ignoring it
A lot of them trusted the sea walls because they were told that the tsunami will be from 3 to 5 meters high, unfortunately in some cases it surpassed 38 meters
It was a surprise, record breaking (once in a lifetime) tsunami that hit very fast for many communities, as well as much of the coast sinking from the earthquake on top of the height of the incoming water. You don't realize how bad it is until it is upon you. And not all communities have fancy loud speaker warning systems (at that time), and as someone already mentioned, a large older population. It takes time to get to high ground, assuming you have high ground near you. Most buildings are made of wood and shred to pieces in strong water currents. And you hear that tsunami warning system ALL THE TIME, when the water never goes over those walls.....so maybe it could also be a sense of routine/repetitiveness/false-sense-of-security-we-don't-mean-to-have......until the one time that the unthinkable happens. So many variables.
高さがたった10cmくらいの水でも人がはまれば走って逃げることは困難になる。
走れなければ津波につかまってしまうのはなおさら容易だ。
どんな事情があろうと一番大事なのは警報がでたら直ちに高台に逃げることだ。
動画内で逃げている人はどんな事情があったのだろうか。命に勝る事情はないはず。
「いよいよとなったら逃げよう」という判断が多分、みんなにはあったんだろうね。

あれはもう無理だよ。ナメてかかってしまった結果だね。
これは悪く言ってるわけじゃなくて、これまでこんな津波をみんな体験したことがなかったのと、
ニュースで第一波の津波が「微弱」とか「20cm」とかで報道されちゃったので、そうなってしまった。
しかし怖いのは水の動きだね。来たと思ったら、最大出力になるまでが速い。
最早水や波ってより瓦礫が襲ってくるようなもんだから無理だわな。

It's hard to watch the footage but I find it hard not to I must of watched hours of it over the years Japan goes through a earthquake or tsunami every 50 ,60 years and each one is really terrible .gob bless them
1min30secs. There is an open square (left of centre) where cars are parked. In the background the tsunami is rapidly moving towards it. Several cars are leaving the square down a road heading towards the camera. A white vehicle turns the corner, stops and a pedestrian crosses the road just behind it. The car moves off and the pedestrian continues to cross the road, seemingly unaware that the tsunami is wreaking havoc on the other side of the car park, demolishing houses and flinging cars about. The noise alone must have been incredible. A man in dark clothing comes running across the car park, towards the pedestrian . The pedestrian slows for a second, then continues on his way, disappearing behind the house on the corner. Another large vehicle rounds the corner at speed, exiting the car park area. It looks like a motorbike and one or two cyclists follow. Then at least a dozen people come sprinting around the corner, with the torrent right on their heels. The violence of the tsunami following through, demolishing everything all around, is terrifying.
And at 1 minute 45 seconds the boy screams. "Thank you Dad, I will never forget you" (T-T)

It's so sick. Poor people. Their whole town is eradicated. Hard to imagine. So many lives and psychologically ingrained functions just wiped out in 2 hours.

日本は昔から浦がつく地名があるけど、地震に遭えば直ぐ裏山に逃げろという伝承なんじゃないかな。
昔は大きな道路はないし、
裏山には、だいたい先祖の墓地や神社、お寺があるけど、昔なら避難場所になっていたんだろうな。
何かで読んだことがあります。津波が到達したであろう場所に目印として建ててあったりするんですよね。
ご先祖様の智慧は偉大ですね。

They had all that time to evacuate. So sad that they had no idea that utter destruction was upon them. 😢
I hope you’re kidding. All the time?? How much time do you think they had? even if they had 1-2 hours it wouldn’t have been enough for some. The earthquake was one of biggest ever. Many were working, then evacuating after the quake and waiting in lines (if not traffic). It takes time to recover mentally from a big quake. Many had no cell coverage, power was out. Trying to call and check on friends and their homes. Shutting off gas mains etc.
this was bigger than anyone could’ve dreamed. Many assumed WORST case scenario was breaching the huge sea wall and seeing a few feet of water. Many likely were quickly clearing bottom floor to protect before evacuating from what was only a possibility. Tv was down. If they didn’t hear it on loudspeakers, they may have not even known. And then, evacuate where? Which bridges and roads would be open? It takes time to evacuate even if healthy, young and having a car with full tank of gas.
@@ashesforbeauty6582 The majority of them didn’t bother to try to evacuate or waited too long to do so. I’ve watched countless videos of this tsunami and have seen so many people standing by the waters edge, walking, riding their bikes, without a clue as to what’s coming. I’m sure there were also those who perished trying to escape, I have seen that too, but in many of these videos people perished because they didn’t realize what was headed their way, so spare me.
@@diamond13130 I took your comment to mean they were ignorantly choosing to not evacuate. Possibly misunderstood. They were mostly taken by surprise. This wasn’t ignorance. I too have watched hundreds of videos and the for those watching the water come in, they may have still had no idea that it could bring destruction. Phones were down. Sirens didn’t blare everywhere until moments before it hit (some didn’t until after it hit). This was a massive fail in a warning system and lack there of.
@@ashesforbeauty6582 it's pretty obvious they they had not been warned. That's the sad truth that emerges form these videos. Many of them were simply unaware of a possible tsunami. In many footages you can see too plenty of cars calmly driving in deadly areas as if nothing was happening. They simply were clueless...and with an earthquake of this magnitude it shouldn't happen.
There are, tragically, several documented situations where people who have already evacuated to safety are desperately yelling to groups of people who are standing right in front of the sea, sightseeing, that they need to evacuate, that they are in danger. Part of the problem might have to do with Group Think.
Thankfully Japan has improved the tsunami warning system markedly since

01:31あたりからのでしょうか。通る道が高い場所まで直通でかっ飛ばせてたらワンチャンあり。
だが01:52で映る車が曲がり角を曲がった後に減速しちゃってるから、逃げようとする車で渋滞しちゃってるかも…。
まぁ津波より早く高台までたどり着けたとは到底思えないです…。
走って逃げてる人は100％無理ですね。実際に02:00くらいには逃げてる人が巻き込まれてる場面が映っちゃってますね。

Questo terremoto è stato migliaia e migliaia di volte più forte di quello che ha colpito l'Aquila qui in Italia e pensando a questo mi VERGOGNO di essere italiano
Lì dopo neanche 3 mesi erano scomparsi il 95 % dei detriti e dei resti dei palazzi distrutti dal terremoto e sopratutto dallo tsunami,qui in Italia oltre 11 anni sono passati eppure ci sono tante e troppe strutture private e pubbliche ancora in pezzi e ancora da ricostruire

va be' trascurando che a maggior parte di quelle case è di legno e che la maggior parte dei nostri palazzi invece sono non solo di cemento e mattoni, ma molti di valore artistico tale da non poter essere ricostruiti se non si catalogano i marmi e i fregi uno a uno, specie delle chiese. Che il Giappone è la terza potenza economica mondiale mentre noi siamo all' 8° posto e che l' Italia ha tipo 6 volte la popolazione del Giappone, si sono stati bravi. Tranne quel " piccolissimo particolare di Fukushima", in cui caddero teste anni dopo per aver chiaramente falsificato le documentazioni di sicurezza....beh dai sono bravini... considerato che la Yakuza è la più potente mafia economica al mondo...beh si ci hanno mangiato ma non è che lo hanno fatto sapere...si bravi proprio.

@@sasan9056 On the left side of the video, about mid screen, there is a parking lot with cars in it. Watch carefully when the wave hits the parking lot, at the road in front of it. You will see vehicles and then people running around the corner. At 2:08 there are still people in the street when the wave arrives.

現在ではスマホにカメラが標準搭載されていて誰でも簡単に動画が撮れる時代。
