How clean and professional your studio looks is one of the first things that drew me to your channel. My corner of the family room always looks like a bomb went off in it...
I don't remember asking for this! Kidding. This guy does know how to work the internet. He is a knowledgeable, informative, millennial. Yes millennial, you are what you are tyler. Got into distrokid from your recommendation
I was about to sleep (it's like 20 mins before midnight here in the Philippines) when this video popped up on my notifs. Now looks like bed time is delayed by a few mins. Thanks Tyler lol
I have the same strat and the story of how I got it is about the same! Walked into Guitar Center for strings and picks and walked out with this guitar. I changed the pickups to Seymour Duncans Classic Stacks and put Fender Locking Tuners on it. Still my favorite guitar to play.
Every time I watch your videos I look for the keeley bubbletron in the display of pedals. I want one of them sooooooooooooo badly. I read that it was modeled after Frank Zappa's phase type sounds in the 70s (for example the guitar solo in Inca Roads) and he is my biggest inspiration when it comes to music in general. One day I'll actually buy one of them.
Kinda shocked to see The White Stripes debut album over there on the wall. Always nice to see a serious guitar player respect something other than metal, blues and jazz stylings!
Thanks Tyler. And congrats on your “room” growing and filling up. Soon it will be ready for school and then college. You have started that education savings plan right? They grow so quickly. :)
Played a custom 24 last week through a hughes and kettner amp and I've never heard a better tone, can't for summer to own that guitar! Not sure on the price for the amp but damn I want one
Peavey classic 30 is great , hey your such a cool guy love your work , your videos and love your playing , complex but retains blues with great feel . Way to go ! Im 58 and cant get any better it seems LOL
Awesome man! Your studio is almost like a guitar museum. And I would pay to see all those guitars in real life. Also, I’d love to win one of the acoustics.
Yer so right, a lot of acoustic guitars do feel differently than electrics. I got a Washburn EA 20 and that's an acoustic guitar that really gives me the feelin' like I'm playin' an electric guitar. My dad has a vintage Martin D28. It's tone sounds cool but the feel is way different from my EA 20.
Tyler, you should make solo album . If the intro music was yours - Cheers, it was very unique. if not , still, make solo album please, I meet very interesting short musics in your videos , just curious what you could pull together and show us
When you only have a bedroom. So you have a nice section with a squire and an Hss strat. And a boss ds1(I love it. I play a lot of punk/rock so I get great fuzz sounds and heavier sounds. Love it) with a peavy amp 😂. It’s a start. And I have a great time so hey
DOOD. Tools of Titans. Big fan of Tim, and those like him. I hadn't heard/read this one, and it's landing PERFECTLY. As thanks, if e'er we meet, I shall buy you one (1) Montucky Cold Snack.
Great room I wonder what the formula for the area to foam is for the sound damping. I agree that Danny 84 Strat kicked the other 2s butt in some areas amd held it's own in all. For sure a viable option when looking for a Strat style guitar. I sure want one and they should give you the credit for turning ears to it
I don't think there is a specific formula like that. the pros take sound measurements from dozens of points, then analyze them, then create custom treatment based on the room analysis. but homemade rockwool corner traps and a reflection free zone around were you sit when you mix is always good. anything more than that is more room specific. oh, and get your monitors at least a about a foot away from the wall behind them.
Totally agree about Empress pedals! only crap they're awesome.. Have you tried Celestial audio? I love their Scorpio super boost, and Aries Beast Distortion and Capricorn! Didn't know petrucci's sig came with piezo's built in. very cool. just got my first ghost piezo, havent' installed it yet. Can't wait.
Hey Tyler, i'm not sure if you've covered this topic but could you do like one of those draw my life things or maybe a roadmap to your success story, big fan btw!
Where is 2019 tour? Was looking for which studio lights and camera you are using now... i have seen your wall mounted lights but i can’t see which brand and model they are.. I’m gonna make guitar instructions in Greenlandic, there are very few populations in Greenland and it seems like there are few and few young people who play music nowadays here...
Ah! so you did go to Berklee school of music!! I knew you were professional taught and trained!! Good for you, your a real good guitar player 🍻🇨🇦I’m self taught with a private lesson here and there!! can’t afford the lessons or school. But thanks to TH-cam I get to subscribe to channels like yours to learn from really good musicians!!🎼👨🏻🏫👨🏻🎤by the way, you probably have a nicer studio room then most bands! seriously, Awesome Room! just curious, how often do you dust that room?
I had to go check the description after the 10th time you mention that the link would be there. But well done in creating a system that's easy to follow
Hello! I’m going to buy an electric guitar, but I don’t know which one I should choose Between an Ibanez GSA60, a Fernandes Stratocaster and a Yamaha RGX612S, which one would you pick, considering the versatility and the quality of the materials?
Hi. Great Video and a very nice Studio!!! I have one question. Does it sound good to record guitars with the Apollo Twin (using the onboard-Amps) and putting pedals in front of it? Like in the "real world"?
hey it's like my room, except way better and cleaner, and better gear and... ok it's not like my room
lando27music me too man... me too...
Nomads Revenge I'm pretty happy with what I have. funny enough I made a similar video over a week ago
at least your room has walls and a seling, too. ;-)
This would be my room, but my room only has enough space for a bed and a desk for work. I can barely walk but, I make it work!
i've seen your room. there's kewler stuff in it than mine lol.

"I walked in to buy strings and walked out with a guitar." Oh man, I've been there a few times.
I usually walk in to check out the gear and walk out with a pick :(
That's why I cannot walk into Andertons. Too many guitars
How clean and professional your studio looks is one of the first things that drew me to your channel. My corner of the family room always looks like a bomb went off in it...
Damn those PRS guitars are so nice
I don't remember asking for this! Kidding. This guy does know how to work the internet. He is a knowledgeable, informative, millennial. Yes millennial, you are what you are tyler. Got into distrokid from your recommendation

When i grew up
I was about to sleep (it's like 20 mins before midnight here in the Philippines) when this video popped up on my notifs. Now looks like bed time is delayed by a few mins. Thanks Tyler lol
Jeff Beck style playing at the beginning sounded brilliant!
"Everything is in its right place." I see what you did there
Wow Tyler you have a cool studio and thanks for showing us.
im in love with your prs guitars.
all of them.
That is the best home studio I have ever set eyes on
Now I'm a bit jealous...
My studio is cool, but yours is almost criminally cool.
Greetings from Germany!
I have the same strat and the story of how I got it is about the same! Walked into Guitar Center for strings and picks and walked out with this guitar. I changed the pickups to Seymour Duncans Classic Stacks and put Fender Locking Tuners on it. Still my favorite guitar to play.

Cool bro! I love your homestudio, cool for thinking and improvising.. and smart choices!
That LPD pedal is amazing!
Just got the 68 deluxe and got a callback from Laurence for about a 30 minute “Geek” session. It is an amazing pedal
God i would love a studio like this. And that JP signature guitar is my wet dream.
Seriously considering the Hughes and Kettner Tubemeister 40 with a 2x10 cab for my next amp. Looking forward to a review of your Grandmeister.
Dude you are just awesome, thanx for all your vids, we are the same age and you are inspiring
Wow just wow. so professional, i wish i had that studio
Karl Golden-Ernie ball fanboi

Very nice indeed. As time passes, you'll upgrade your floors to a softer surface. My phone cracked just playing your video.
What song is that in the background at the start. It's so so good.
aman singh look up the song eric by guthrie govan. That may answer ya question. I think it may be the backing track.
I never been inside a Recording studio and I’m so sad cause I like seeing people’s guitars and other gear they have. 😫
Yay for the internet
I love this channel so friggin much. Just felt like saying that for no real reason.
My favorite vid of yours, just awesome! So thought out and detailed
Nothing like a hot coffee and a music is win video.
Played a custom 24 last week through a hughes and kettner amp and I've never heard a better tone, can't for summer to own that guitar! Not sure on the price for the amp but damn I want one

But... I never told you the sound I was looking for...

You got ALL the sounds man!
I have that same bass, and its also my first bass. Were the same people.
Can you show us how you use the Drumbrute?
I'm getting that chair....today!!!
nice tour, very detailed. I love your studio
Silly question, are you using the same camera/audio gear for creating videos? Your production quality seems quite a bit better from a year ago. :)
Nice simple layout, everything running from the macbook book pro?
Legend says that if you arrive soon to a video and like it, Tyler will give you the hearth that she broke you
Thats a nice studio room tyler.. i wish i had the money to buy all those or get enough sponsors..
I have only one question ! How do you clean your studio Tyler ?
Where is 2019 tour?
Was looking for which studio lights and camera you are using now... i have seen your wall mounted lights but i can’t see which brand and model they are.. What are your thoughts on Telecasters Tyler??
Can you show all of your cds?
“I love every one of the pedals”, that’s funny 🤪. Just say, “Vendors, send me more free pedals” 🥳🥳🥳. Nice studio 🤘
Hey Tyler what happen to your prs semi hollow electric guitar? From the little I seen of it, it looks like a custom 24 semi hollow.
Thank u for this vid
Can you do a habits of john petrucci?
I think that your whale blue custom 24 would look a thousand times better with brushed metal pickup covers
How come you don’t have any PRS guitars in your studio ?
Do Honey vs Baby rock off (well, you play them both, but still!)
What do you like more about the Adams then the focals monitors you previously had? Looking to upgrade my monitors.
1:50 Oh yeah? BUT CAN YOU DO THIS!!!
I should have commented this a month ago
I had to go check the description after the 10th time you mention that the link would be there. But well done in creating a system that's easy to follow
Hello!
I’m going to buy an electric guitar, but I don’t know which one I should choose
Between an Ibanez GSA60, a Fernandes Stratocaster and a Yamaha RGX612S, which one would you pick, considering the versatility and the quality of the materials?
How do you control humidification in the room ?
Any clue which planet tone pickups are in that strat?
Hi. Great Video and a very nice Studio!!!
I have one question. Does it sound good to record guitars with the Apollo Twin (using the onboard-Amps) and putting pedals in front of it? Like in the "real world"?
Heaven on earth
Mono and Stereo input jacks are for...
What type of lights are you using at the base of your guitars??
I want this studio
Tyler, I really need to know when guitar super system isn't on sale. It's important
Tang of the Poon ?
