"It's Diversity TERRORISM!" - Julia Hartley-Brewer SLAMS JK Rowling And India Willoughby Trans Drama

- JK Rowling has been reported to the police for the "hate crime" of referring to trans-activist India Willoughby as a "man".
The row started when Willoughby, who was born a boy but now identifies as a woman, referred to the Harry Potter author on X as "the witchfinder woman".
Ms Rowling replied: "For reference, this is the individual whose precious feelings are more important than truth, according to some of his fellow men.
"If you think women calling this person a man is more offensive than him publicly fantasising about kidnapping women, I can't help you."
It was in an interview with Byline Times that Willoughby revealed that Ms Rowling has been reported to Northumbria Police.

I don't understand why those who are openly trans expect others to treat them as if they aren't.
If India lived as a man for 50yrs, then his lived experience is that of a male. It doesn't how feminine he may have felt, or that he believed he was in the 'wrong' body. What shapes a person is their interactions with others over time. We do tend to treat boys and girls / men and women, differently. Sometimes our 'treatments' are subtle; sometimes they are not, but there is little doubt that the experience of being a male - regardless of what is going on inside a male mind - is different to that of being a female.
I accept India's right to live as he wishes, to wear what he wants and to be fully accepted as a transwoman. But I can't just forget that India was a man for 50yrs and accept that via feelings, medication and surgery, he has the same lived experience as I have because it simply isn't true.
All I've seen of him was a shouting down whilst towering over a woman who stood up for women, a tv presenter I believe. From that time I thought he's a bully.

No, there is no case in which a human male has become pregnant, sustained a pregnancy and given birth and it would be completely reliant in the first instance they would have to have a donated uterus, donated eggs/ovaries, lots of complex hormones given, anti rejection drugs, and a caesarean to give birth as neo vaginas and penises cannot pass a baby through them, nor can male hips, and the male coccyx is fixed, not flexible and cannot move during the birthing process. It is beyond nonsense to make it seem as if male humans can fulfill the female human reproductive role and its this irresponsible remark that contributes to people thinking something is true that simply is not. My observations are not intended to be hurtful or cruel, it is just factual.

None of those women, those females, have all of it missing completely. I am a human female whose body was not working in part in accordance with its general design, and that does not mean I am a male.
My point was that for very many reasons it is completely misleading for the panel guest to suggest that there is a possibility that males can or will shortly be able to have medical interventions and drugs that will result in them conceiving, gestating and giving birth like females.
The parenting role is something that is not conditional on an individual being pregnant and giving birth and I did not refer to parenting in my comment.
A very significant part of being a female and a woman is managing the reproductive system and its physiological affects throughout her lifetime...whether that is menstruation and its physical impacts, menopause and its symptoms, trying to avoid pregnancy and the associated drugs and devices and practices, or trying to get pregnant, and the physical aspects and risks of pregnancy and childbirth, which includes everything from feeling queasy to risk of serious injury or death and then afterwards, the ongoing demands of breast feeding and 24/7 care of a person that can only survive hours without attention. As well as this you must also consider the financial impacts during the period your baby needs to use your body for survival, internally and once they have left it, as well as the intense care demands for some years thereafter.

Well, there’s a theory it’s to do with mother issues. The aim of genuine male to female transgender people is to try and integrate into society, you rarely knowingly come across them. On a personal level, I’ve basically failed, I just cannot integrate, but that does not mean I can prance around like a mad panto dame and expect society to accept it!

It should be impossible to alter an original birth certificate in any way. If his birth certificate stated male and now states female, how has this been allowed to happen?
Time we adopted Polynesia's way of dealing with this. Men who don't feel like men, but feel feminine, and dress in women's clothes, are called "Leyhte" (pronounced Laytee) or... "Rae-Rae".
This means they don't have to identify as "Man". But also retains the word "Woman" only for biological women. Women are ghen not impacted by men who don't want to be men, as THEY would have their own identity as Leyhte or Rae-Rae. Win-win all round. And, we can put THAT identity in Law to avoid those men widening the meaning of "Woman" to encompass "MEN who FEEL like women" . Their identity would be recognised as "Leyhte" or "Rae-Rae".
If trans "women" were women we wouldn't be having this discussion. Trans literally means make-believe in this context.

The truth…the pre totalitarian truth …is that you “misgender” India Willoughby by calling him a woman..by referring to him as “her”. That IS actual misgendering. Another example of this is using the term “gender affirmation surgery” because what it actually “affirms” is that your “ gender” is what it says on your birth certificate. The fact that you NEED surgery to disguise your actual identity tells the truth of your actual gender.

Surely an offence has been committed, by this trans person re their passport - who is listed as "female." That is a declared lie. That is illegal, and should lead to withdrawal of passport.
