Still horrific crimes but mostly not direct crimes (e.g. assisting in online crimes). However, these female criminals mainly do not pose a risk to the other female prisoners. It is suspected the so called trans prisoners are faking their trans identity in prison. I read a book where another high profile trans prisoner said there are lots of 'trans fakers' in prison. Either way, the upshot is, we still need to protect women's spaces from male perpetrators.

That also means we should stop lumping all trans people together. We used to recognise pre-op and post-op transgenders, with a diagnosable condition; all the other ones were just cross dressing. So what does that mean in practical terms? Do we call them “she”? Should be up to us, not mandated by law. Are they female? Not in the biological sense, of course. But which prison, rest room or locker room should they go into? I think it depends, and the most practical solution is: whichever suits your genitals. You don’t want to be mixing different kinds… and that has always been the division we have made. Even though that division coincided with biological sex until very recently. So: only post-op transgenders are to be lumped in with the women; the rest stays with the men. And for the record: the “real” trans people, those with Gender Dysphoria, are statistically not more likely to be sexual predators or criminals than anyone else. They are also scared of the recent trend of recognising any man as a woman when he claims to be one. After finally gaining some recognition from the general public, real trans people are afraid this recent idiocy is going to result in a massive backlash against all trans. I don't have any issues with homosexuality or Gender re-assignment. However, Gender re-assignment can never be a natural process, but it is not just our reporductive organs that determine gender at birth, men and women, think differently because they need to in terms of survival of the species. If a woman transgenders into a male and a male transgenders into a female, the transgendered female will always be physically stronger than the transgendered male. It is this physical difference that creates issues within sports not just prisons. While I do have some sympathy for transgendered individuals when it comes to 'which prison' they should go to. If they go to a male prison, there will be serious issues for them, but if they go into a female prison they will create serious issues. Then of course there is the problem of how far they have transgendered, living as a woman does not make you a woman, any more than living as a man makes you a man, particularly if you have your original genitals, that function in the way nature intended them to function. So please, when will common sense return to society. Yes, we should respect that some people genuinely do feel they were born in the wrong body, but there is also some evidence to suggest that some, swing from one gender to another depending on what mood they are in. A WOKE society is not a healthy society, but a respectful society is a healthy society

Don’t 100% agree. I think trans people should have the right to live their lives as their chosen gender, to the degree that is practical in everyday society. That also means we should stop lumping all trans people together. We used to recognise pre-op and post-op transgenders, with a diagnosable condition; all the other ones were just cross dressing.
So what does that mean in practical terms? Do we call them “she”? Should be up to us, not mandated by law. Are they female? Not in the biological sense, of course. But which prison, rest room or locker room should they go into? I think it depends, and the most practical solution is: whichever suits your genitals. You don’t want to be mixing different kinds… and that has always been the division we have made. Even though that division coincided with biological sex until very recently. So: only post-op transgenders are to be lumped in with the women; the rest stays with the men.
And for the record: the “real” trans people, those with Gender Dysphoria, are statistically not more likely to be sexual predators or criminals than anyone else. They are also scared of the recent trend of recognising any man as a woman when he claims to be one. After finally gaining some recognition from the general public, real trans people are afraid this recent idiocy is going to result in a massive backlash against all trans. I can see this happening already, in public opinion.

I don't have any issues with homosexuality or Gender re-assignment. However, Gender re-assignment can never be a natural process, but it is not just our reporductive organs that determine gender at birth, men and women, think differently because they need to in terms of survival of the species. If a woman transgenders into a male and a male transgenders into a female, the transgendered female will always be physically stronger than the transgendered male. It is this physical difference that creates issues within sports not just prisons. While I do have some sympathy for transgendered individuals when it comes to 'which prison' they should go to. If they go to a male prison, there will be serious issues for them, but if they go into a female prison they will create serious issues. Then of course there is the problem of how far they have transgendered, living as a woman does not make you a woman, any more than living as a man makes you a man, particularly if you have your original genitals, that function in the way nature intended them to function. So please, when will common sense return to society. Yes, we should respect that some people genuinely do feel they were born in the wrong body, but there is also some evidence to suggest that some, swing from one gender to another depending on what mood they are in. A WOKE society is not a healthy society, but a respectful society is a healthy society
