Great review. Nice trailer for its age.
The purple stain is Purple PVC primer I recognize it cause I have done it before in my bathroom.

@@RVWalkthroughs we use MEK Methyl Ethel Ketone when we have spilled the primer before in customers bathrooms. Now we put down drop cloths.

I know MEK well. My pops and I use to use it all the time in decorative concrete. Thanks for the info.
