Thank you for the uplifting speech. I saw the play (Latin History for Morons). After hearing all of the contributions Latinos has made to this great country I left the show an even prouder Latino.
One of my aunts had 15 kids. Somebody asked her at a funeral: "didn't you have better things to do besides making babies, like watching tv or something?" She with a big smile on her face answered: "we had a TV set but every night at a certain time it would mysteriously just disappear. My husband would hide it from me". All the ppl listening exploded in laughter.

No joke about the Latin birthrate, my grandma was one of 16 kids. And believe me they all picked fruit.
