    You are the best, honest to God! I have spent an awful lot of time to dig to the bottom of the video/animation platforms world that is totally new to me for days (and I DO know how to search and dig I must say), I wish I have found your Reviews and Tutorials a lot earlier! Thanks so much for your time spent to create your fantastic videos (taking into consideration you are definitely a very busy lady), for all your invaluable help, clear and professional explanations. I absolutely LOVE your friendly manner and a genuine desire to HELP, not just post another video which we all come across a lot on TH-cam. For someone who is able not only listen but hear - they do not need to go anywhere else!

    Great review. As someone not very technical I find Promos much easier to use than Invideo. With Promos I can search real estate templates, change the words and colors and have a short attention getting video which I then add a Viddoze intro and outro to combining them on Adobe Premier. I don't find InVideo to have enough ready made templates and the time it takes to customize them is excessive for me.

    • @thetombradyteamatvintageam109
      @thetombradyteamatvintageam109 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tried it overnight and revising my opinion. Great product. The price is fantastic compared to Promos and Viddyoze. I didn't appreciate the flexibility at first because I was so used to using templates. I made a video without templates and was astounded how easy it was and how good I thought it came out (good for me anyway). Plenty of choices for video insertion and the plan is great, very generous.

    The Amazin Polly voices are very close in quality to a system I used in an toll free real estate info line system I created back in 2008 just in time for the real estate crash. People loved that system because I chose a Male British voice and no one could believe it was a computer speaking with a British accent. Sadly Amazon Polly does not include the sighs and coughs and throat clearing and other sounds that made my property descriptions sould so much like a live person speaking ... but with a few tweaks by adding some SSML codes to the text strings I think you could some pretty darn good voiceovers that would trick almost any listener.

    • @Vikas.Upadhyay
      @Vikas.Upadhyay 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Can you please share something of your creation with Polly.
      It would help me understand what magic can be done with SSML.

    • @24SevenMarketing
      @24SevenMarketing 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Vikas.Upadhyay I have not used Amazom Polly but after i read the suggestion about it here i took a look at it. It looks like they are using technology similar to Loquendo... an Italian company that was at the cutting edge of text to speech technology when I used their speech system back in 2007.
      I was building a real estate property info system. We would add a 6" x 24" sign to a yard sign placed by a realtor in front of their property listing. The sign simply said FREE AUDIO TOUR. Each sign had a tool free number and a numeric code that was unique to the property.
      When someone called a voice would say, "Hello. My name is Simon. I will be your tour guide today. Please tell me your name." The system would then record what the caller says and then Simon would continue, "Great! Please tell me the code for the property you want to tour." Simon was a computer voice with a very accurate British accent. His tone and inflection would vary as a voice normally does when talking. When he asked a question you could hear the variation in inflection that indicates you are being asked a question. He would cough, clear his throat, sigh and laugh, adding to the sence that Simon was a real voice.
      One the called told Simon the code that was on the sign (or on the property flier or wherever they saw the toll free number ... the code was made up of a 3 digit and 2 digit part where the 2 digit part was used to identify up to 100 sources of the call request) Simon would reply asking, "Did you say 5 7 3 2 1?"
      When the caller replied yes, Simon would continue, "Great! I see that is the property at [address]. Hmmm...now where did I put that file? [Short pause] I say, Sally could you find the file for [address] for me?"
      A female voice would reply "Sure thing Simon." Then Simon would continue... "[clearing voice] OK. While Sally is finding that file I would like to remind you..." He would continue by telling the caller that they should get started on arranging their financing and continue with, "I can transfer you to some one who can get things started now ... it will only take a few minutes and when you are done you will be brought right back here and we can continue the tour [sigh] isn't technology wonderful?"
      If the caller said OK or yes or sure etc. the system would create a bridge call and connect the caller to a loan officer. The loan officer would hear an announcement, "you have a call from [insert recording of the caller saying their name] who is calling about the property at [address] selling for [price] can you take the call now?" When the loan officer replies yes the call is connected to them... when they say no or not right now the call is sent back to Simon who says, "I couldn't reach anyone who can help you right now but as soon as I do I will have them call you back at [phone]."
      If the loan officer takes the call...then when the loan officer hung up, Simon would continue, "Welcime back [pause] hmmm, now where is Sally with that file?
      Sally would reply, "I found it Simon [paise] it was right where you left it after the last call." Simon would continue, "[little chuckle] thanks Sally [pause] oh I say [pause] I'm getting another call!would you mind taking our caller on their tour Sally?"
      Sally would say, "Sure thing Simon." Simon would reply, "Thanks." And Sally would continue "Now let's see [pause] oh ok," and she would continue reading the description and details of the property.
      When she finished the tour she would continue, "OK that's all I have on the property. Would you like to talk with the agent and arrange to see the property?"
      Depending on the answer the system would make a bridge call to the agent. If the agent as answered the system would say, "I have a call about the property at [address]. Would you like to take the call now?" Depending on the answer the call would be forwarded to the agent or the system would continue (using the Sally voice) I couldn't reach the agent right now but I will have them call you back at [phone number].
      Depending on if the caller spoke with a loan officer or not Sally would end the call, "OK thanks again for calling about the property at [address]. Have a great [day night]. (depending on the local time at the property address and the source of the call) Good bye!" Or Sally would continue "Before I go would you like to talk with someone who can get you started on arranging your financing?"
      Again if the caller says yes or some other response that indicates they would like to be transferred a bridge call would be made to the loan originator with the same announcement I described before. Then when the call ended back to the system Sally would close out the call.
      The voices were extremely realistic and by using a British accent it obscured the few artifacts that would suggest the voices were computer generated. The system worked exceptionally well and people who used were usually amazed that they had been speaking with a computer. Of course the system was far more complex than what I have described with 3 levels of retrying to understand the caller before Simom would say, "I'm so sorry but we seem to be having a problem with our phone system. I can't hear you clearly. I will have someone call you back shortly at [phone number]. Good bye." and the call would end. The caller's phone number was taken from the ANI (automatic number identification) system rather than caller ID which gives us the actual caller phone number even if it is unlisted or blocked by the caller.
      Unfortunately my timing for launching this system could not have been worse as the launch coincided with the collapse of the mortgage industry (and the real estate business). But it is good to see that Amazon is offering text to voice system very close to what I was using 12 years ago. When the company I was using got bought and their technology disappeared from the market I lost interest in developing similar applications. Maybe now I can start integrating speech into some websites ... especially mobile websites.
      I hope this long response helpscyiu understand just how powerful GOOD text to speech technology can be. I was able to build a natural conversation and add in things like Simon needing to take another call as a tool to allow me to insert a pitch to get the caller to talk with a loan officer. Each time someone did this I got paid $80 by the lender for a live transfer. I also created a sense of urgency by implyongbother people were interested in the property by having Sally tell Simon that the "file" was where he left it after the last call. This generate a significantly higher number of requests to be transferred to agent to setup an appointment.
      The system was also smart enough to recognize the difference between new and returning callers. If the call was from a returning caller it would begin with Simon saying, "hello. Thanks for calling again. I see you called before about the property at [address] that ilyou saw on the [source of last call]. Would you like to hear about that property again?" Then the call would continue using a variation of the first time caller. I created several variations of scripts for returning callers that were randomly chosen so that callers were less likely to catch on that they were talking with a computer.
      Dealing with voice interactions with prospects can be very complex but with technology like what is available with Amazon Polly you can definitely build very complex natural conversations that fully engage your prospect.
      The fact that Amazon Polly s voices for many different languages as well as multiple English accents ... American, British, Australian, and Indian based accents. .. makes it possible to have multiple person conversations like I did with Simon and Sally. This truly helped me structure the conversation the way I wanted it to flow.

      @@24SevenMarketing Thanks a lot for the long response :)
      Do you have any examples of Amazon Polly voice sound closer to human by using appropriate SSML tags?

    • @24SevenMarketing
      @24SevenMarketing 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Vikas.Upadhyay sorry ... I just learned about Amazon Polly here in the comments for this video. From what I have been able to see without actually setting up an account and using the Polly voices it is a very good system.
      For the best natural voices you want to use the Polly neural voices. They also have a couple voices they call Broadcaster voices. These voices have better inflection variations that add an even more natural character to the voices.
      The SSML markup allows you to make variations of the pitch of the voice as well as the speed of the voice. By working with these variations you can tune a voice to mimic a real person pretty well. But you need to be prepared to spend a pretty significant amount of time to zero in on an actual voice.
      I don't think the Polly voices are as sophisticated as the ones created about 15 years ago by Loquendo ... an Italian company now owned by Nuance. But the Polly voices are very good.
      The biggest thing missing in the Polly voices are prebuilt sounds like sighs, laughs, coughs, throat clearing and other nonverbal sounds that humans typically make while talking. I think ... but I'm not sure ... that you can use the SSML tags to insert phonetic strings into the text. This will let you add those nonverbal sounds as well as to create pronunciation variations of some words that you may need to accurately match a real person's voice. But this kind of coding will take someone well versed in phonetics and it will be a very big investment in time and money.
      Over all Amazon Polly is a VERY good system and the cost for using it is unbelievably low.
      I am definitely thinking about using Amazon Polly to create a system for generating high quality natural sounding voiceovers for videos. That could be a HUGE and unique resource for mr to add to my website services website.
