It's horrible seeing any club struggle especially due to misownership. Hopefully this is the new beginning for Derby and we can look forward to renewing the rivalry. Respects from down the A52. FTID
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. You’ve got a new owner and hopefully the only way is up. It may take a few seasons to rebuild in League One but I have absolute faith that you will be back in the Championship in the next few years. Godspeed Derby. Aw the best.
I've been a derby fan since I was old enough to kick a ball. Absolutely heart broken about what's happened and Mel Morris, if your reading this, you should be ashamed, absolute coward for what you've done and to not admit its your fault??? Just incredibly weak. Dont ever show your face at our club again. It's a new beginning for us, new owners and a new team. I will always support this club no matter what and my son will grow up the same!! We will be stronger and better going forward, to the proper football fans, non of them ever want to see any team go through this. Up the rams now and always.
It's the Derby way - great owners following terrible owners following great owners following terrible owners...rinse and repeat. On the bright side, when we get the great owners, promotion has always followed: Pickering, League of Gentlemen, Clowes...
Efl clubs need good owners who would run the club with self sustainable model and appoint right people in their hierarchy so that stability is maintained at all times.
Man, this is the worst day of EFL clubs. First, we saw Bury's expulsion from the EFL, Bolton Wanderers also almost got expelled from the EFL. I hope the club will get a new owner or investor and got promoted into Premier League again.
