What annoys me is that this house is about to be demolished, but excluding the obvious damage, this place is in far better condition and way cleaner than most mid-market rental properties. It's obvious that the owners were very house proud by the great condition of even the stove & cupboards, and I'm guessing by the decor they were probably Italian, maybe Greek. Either way, when that house was built in the mid 1950's(?) it would have cost a fair bit going by the quality of the cabinetry and glazing. This would be a great place to restump and restore as an ongoing family home. Thanks for the time you took to walk thru filming and sharing it with us.
Hey Tim you are spot on. This house was very much the pride for a long time for the same family I think. The stove never being upgraded is a give away too. Classic. So much to look at and was sold in April 2018. :-)
Tim Areskog, Albeit this home is most likely in Australia, since that is the location he lives, I'm thinking they have similar laws to the US in reference to abandoned or homes about to be demolished. Generally there is an option for the public to be able to purchase and move the building previous to the date of demolition or the person can pay a (Salvage Fee) and remove all the belongings they want to before the set demolition Or pay the fees to remove belongings and the structures, leaving it bare and scraped down to the ground.
I’m sorry to feel this way all the time but I’m so passionate about beautiful old homes as they hold so much history and they are timeless and should be preserved for others to enjoy and I really admire you for going out there and finding these beautiful places and documenting them love your work
No need to be sorry Megan, that is why I love finding these places as these are many people who love seeing them and need to see them to see what we used to hold as standard living :-)
This beautiful house doesn't deserve to be demolished,,,love d kitchen, floor. Carpet,,,evrything ok for me can tidy up n stay there with my family...Wow!..young house n gorgeous....thank you Urban..enjoyed your video..
Just beautiful! Definitely 50’s. The stone, mouldings, huge hall mirror and etched French doors are lovely. Such a shame developers come in and demolish these homes, it would be great if they were saved and renovated. Great find, thank you.
Hey Rachel glad you enjoyed this one! :-) Yep the home next door is just as nice and also up for demo as part of the same redevelopment project. I will upload that one next :-) They are in one of the urban renewal corridors.
Beautiful, quite progressive layout in the kitchen. Your music....photography and attention to detail is such a joy. My thanks again for bringing such incredible videos.
Beautiful! The wood floors are stunning! It's really too bad these beautiful homes couldn't be moved to another location instead of being demolished. Thank you for sharing these great finds!
Thanks for watching Linda :-) Yeah when the developers get the land they dont care what is on it they just see the land size. But I have seen timber framed homes moved a few times. :-)
I noticed that the second bathroom had four different colors, the bathtub was blue green, the sink was green, the loo was lime green and the shower was yellow. It is fantastic, love it.
Beautiful, I'm a product of the 50's so you know I really appreciate the beauty of this one, so sad it will be demolished soon. The homes today are not to be compared to the structure and beauty of yesterday.
Too many of these old character homes are being knocked down in the name of progress which I find a bit sad as there are relplaced with cheapo little box homes. Glad you enjoyed this one too Nancy, thanks for watching :-)
Gorgeous! Love the 50's decor ! If only people would be so kind as to leave behind some photos of how their beautiful homes looked before they were left for decay or demolition , lol! I always try to picture where the furniture would have been and how it would have looked. Especially in beautiful homes like this one. Thanks for another great explore!
Yeah I wish that were the case too! Just a sneak peak back to how it was lived in. Occasionally I can find previous rental photos of homes when they have been put on the market, and sometimes they are still furnished. This one obviously had a very long time owner as there was no real estate history available other than sold in April to developers. Thanks for watching Judy :-)
Beautiful old house, loved the size of the kitchen and bench space, such a shame they demolish these homes and replace them with units. Thanks for another good vid. xx
Hey Leeanne! Yes I think you are right, this one was built exactly on 1950 so has that late art deco theme still there crossing over into the 50`s. So good! :-)
Ohhhhhh I LOVE IT!!! Raised wallpaper and all!! I completely agree it's a shame it's going down! That's it, I'm moving to Australia! I want to see these gorgeous houses with my own eyes, I have abandoned house envy! LOL...thanks for the share! xo
Hahaha 2669steph :-) Lucky for me to be able film them as there are a few urban renewal areas going on at the moment that create these lovely old homes to sit abandoned for several months while waiting for the demolition and new projects to start. Unlucky for history and preserving quality homes though!
It is much nicer now than where I have lived most of my life. the foundation could be repaired. What a fantastic job on the flocked wall paper, nearly covers the entire space and makes it very coohesive. Loved the sliding doors when you first went in. and the georgeous etched glass floor to nearly ceiling mirror with the arched molding.
This one is one of my favorites ones so far Wendy. Just had a really good feel that it was the pride and joy of very long time owners. Shame it will bite the dust soon. Cheers for watching :-)
thanks for the great explore ! this house is so beautiful. it is sad that it will be demolished but at least the salvage people will save a lot of the lovely things. beautiful 50s styling and the floors r exquisite. i am sure it was a well loved house for many years. thanks again for this great find. keep safe & God bless :) :)
Hey Nancy thanks for watching. Yes I think this home had a very long time owner/family live here as there was no real estate or rental history available only that it was sold April this year to developers. :-0 Shame it will be gone.
The piano music had me in a trance. I’ll have to watch again to hear what you said. I just got lost in imagining life to the many things here. Good job!👍🏻 Thanks
Hey Shirley :-) Glad you were able to immerse yourself in the video! :-) This old home is awesome, such a shame new multi story units are taking its place. Thanks for watching twice haha :-)
Hey Little Debbie! :-) Thanks for watching, yes this would be a dream home for a lot of people including me! lol. I will upload the one next door to this one next. It is just as stunning :-)
That was a very upper class expensive home when first built. That place was huge compared to most houses of that era. Beautiful designs everywhere you looked. Stay safe and God bless.
Hey Marybeth :-) Yes indeed it would be much admired and upper class when built for sure. it is in a nice area that is considered very valuable and the developers would have made the owners an offer that has resulted in selling. lol :-) No doubt much profit will also be made by the developers!!!!!!!! haha
Someone had this home for a long time I think Martin, as you said they kept the original kitchen and even the stove! I would move in here too! Thanks for watching :-)
Hi Evelyn :-) Yes developers have made an offer to good to refuse for this one and the one next door which I will upload next. Both very stunning homes. Thanks for watching :-)
Those kitchen cupboards were amazing as was the size of the kitchen. Great to see it hadn’t been vandalised but really sad it’s going to be demolished xx
Hey Julia :-) My next video will show the home next door which will also be demolished as part of the same project! Just as stunning if not more than this one. :-)
What an amazing house, great porch, beautiful rooms. I love the mirror room and kitchen. I can imagine this beautiful house flooded with light, vintage furniture with great tasteful wall paper. I can tell a wealthy family built and lived in this home. It would have been amazing to live in these amazing rooms. It is a shame that this grand structure is going to be torn down. I love seeing these old gracefully homes. They have style and character. Great video at least this will live on in your video. I totally agree with you about this beautiful house. They don't make them like this any more.
Janet thanks for watching :-) I do agree a wealthy family owned and even built this home and lived here up til the sale in April. The non upgrade of the nice old stove is another give away. Unfortunate that the developers lust over the land size and not the building structures.
Embossed ! That is what I was looking for! haha now I can say it the next time I see that style wallpaper :-) Thanks for watching Jacky, glad you enjoyed :-)
It is so sad to see these treasure destroyed but if they have foundation problems the cost would probably cost more than the house was worth. Thank you for another great explore Indigo
Nancy I also really really enjoyed this classic 50`s home. the kitchen and stove were all original as was pretty much the entire home. thanks for watching :-)
Re watch of this video. great footage in this lovely old house, classic old embossed wallpaper, classic 50s kitchen units. Before its gone, and replaced with a characterless box like building.
Omw I just love this house, large rooms, beautiful light fittings and the stunning kitchen cupboards. Would give my eye teeth to own a house like that. No doubt cheap looking match box houses will be built in its place and a very high price.
Hey Vanda! Yes most people would be glad to own a home like this! Developers only see the land size though! Yep this development project was going to be an 8 story complex but the councils reduced it to be 3 due to the community pressure. :-) The home next door is part of the same project. I will upload it next.
I’m so happy to return from a long Vacation to many of your Vids. Thank goodness 😅 your brave and go great places. I missed the foley Of exploring with your channel....
Beautiful home,,wish I had it here in US on my hillside,,what a nice place love them kitchen cabinets,,the wall paper was awesome, loved the detail in that..it was just the right size..I bet it was a beauty back in its day..Would be nice see pics from back in the day to see the real beauty she has held,, Thanks for Sharing.
I hope that someone could refurbish some of the materials there. Those wood floors are gorgeous. Love the lights that have the green shade on it. Thank you for another wonderful video. Stay safe.
Hey Michele thanks for watching. Yep most definitely a salvage crew will strip all of the interior stuff that is re usable. Glad you liked this one, cheers for watching :-)
Who's that good looking man in the mirrors? lol Very cool find by far one of the best houses you have found. I love the retro look of the 50's and this one has been taken really good care of. To bad they didn't move the house to another location.
Hahaha Ken :-) Yeah this is a top notch home still, and the one next door is on demo list too for same project. I will upload it next. Cheers for watching :-)
18 months on and this one and the neighbor still stand. I think the development plans either fell through or are being revised. Thanks for watching mate :-)
I am certain the 'big' double 'living room' is a dining room AND the living room, not just a big living room. Most houses from the 50's were such designed. Love the floors, cupboards and detail in this house. Sure hope they salvage for reuse.
Hey Jeanette cheers for watching! Yes others have agreed with you too, and the sliding doors were a common feature to separate the two. :-) I can see a large Greek family get together doing the Zorba in there haha :-) Most definitely the interior features will be stripped and re used. :-)
Heartbreaking! It was obviously a very well kept home not really my style but I absolutely appreciate the beauty of it. I prefer the old stone cottages, those are being destroyed or left to rot as well.
I think the owners were there for a very long time which means it was very much loved and cared for :-) I`m trying my best to find as many old stone ones as possible too! :-)
Hey Alice thanks for watching. Well the people would have got a good price for the total deal from the developers which would include the rights to sell off all the salvaged interior and exterior features prior to demolition. :-) But they may gotten to take the taps as they were all gone. :-)
Beautiful home I am here in California an hour drive from the Camp Fire that destroyed an entire town. We are devastated at the lose of life's here in our state. I enjoy watching your videos of Australia. I love your country and I am learning more of your history, very nice to watch you 😊💕
Hi Cynthia, yes I have seen the devastation on the news and it is heart breaking! :-( Thanks so much for your support and i`m glad you are learning some stuff about Australia. I have some more cool videos that will show case it more! :-)
The style of this home leads me to believe that the original owners & possibly the builders were/are affluent in the community. This era of building was to display wealth & style while still maintaining familial persona. This type of building came sbout after WW-2 . Beautiful. Such a shame about it sinking into the ground. Another winner, thank you.
Hey Missouri Red cheers for watching :-) Yep your spot on, i was able to find the exact build date which was 1950. Definitely an upper class home of its day and the fact the stove was not upgraded and the immaculate interior suggests it had very long time owners maybe even from day one! Cheers for watching :-)
That room coming out of the kitchen which you called "a double living room" is actually the first room being a dining room. Whenever there is a room (especially in a room of that size) the dining room is usually in the vicinity of the kitchen by necessity and also very close to the living room so that entertaining is not disrupted and traffic can easily flow from the dining room back and forth to dining room/living room. men don't usually have great insight to that home arrangement because they do not manage the entertainment as far as dining is concerned. It is a shame it is being demolished. Loved the kitchen and the style of the 50s (in which I grew up) is pretty nice and is some what coming back in home decor just like art deco did.
Wow Laura thanks for explaining the layout and that just really confirms how the 50`s homes were all about socializing and entertainment. Such a great era gone by! I really enjoy these 50`s homes, this one I think had very long time owners and they kept the old oven immaculate and never upgraded. Got my eye on some other even older ones that are in line for developement too, thanks for watching :-)
I would say the area at the back was a breezeway, like a three season porch they enclosed later. The combined lounge/ dining room was a common feature with folding glass doors to denote the divide.(Removed) The built-ins were a modern 50's way to remove clutter and give the room a streamlined effect. the kitchen flooring was probably sanded and urethane coated later. What a shame it's coming down, could handle quite a large family. Great job recording it Thanks.
Thanks for stopping bye Garry. Yeah the huge double room was like an entertaining area, I could see a large Greek family get together doing Zorba dancing in there! haha :-) I will upload the one next door to this next which is just as nice.
Beautiful house! I love those pretty wood floors, all the cabinets, the vintage 1950's formica countertops with the large windows in the kitchen! Definitely 1950's! That is a nice stove... I have been wondering though, why does Australian stoves have only 3 burners and we in U.S.A. have 4 or sometimes more? I personally think that 3 burners is sufficient enough in most cases, but I find it interesting nonetheless. Awesome place and thank you for sharing and documenting it before it's torn down. Sure were a lot of cracks in the wall... ashame. Great video!
Hey TBG thanks for watching :-) That is interesting about the stove tops, I will be keeping an eye out for a 4 burner now haha. I think I have seen one or two maybe. I like the subtle and major differences between countries, well spotted :-)
Dam shame indeed Vonnie K. I bet the long time owners really shed a few tears when leaving. New developers offer good money to make it happen though.....thanks for watching :-)
I'm assuming you are in the UK? I have watched a few of your videos. Why so many older homes up for demolition? Are they bulldozing older neighborhoods to build new homes? I just can't believe so many beautiful good homes are being destroyed. Thanks!
Hi Rach T :-) Thanks for watching, I`m down in Australia, Adelaide for this video. Yep there is a lot of urban renewal going on here at the moment which allows developers to buy up homes built before 1960 and replace them with multi story units.....It is sad but a reality.......
That big beautiful kitchen made me sad. Imagine how many thousands of meals were prepared in that kitchen, sharing meals with family over the decades. Now, owners probably passed on and that kitchen, which shared many family memories, will soon be gone forever just like the owners probably are.
Spot on Typing Dude! I think there were very long time owners of this home and they loved it so much. Big family that raised kids and saw them moved out and so on......A developer came along and made an offer too good to pass up on and now they live their final years in a smaller easily maintained retirement set up. I may be wrong though lol Cheers for watching :-)
I think this was built in the 20s and remodeled in the 50s!! I think this because of the 20s fixtures in the bathrooms!!! Great expensive redo!!! Thanks!!!
Hey Sally that is a great observation and has helped me date another old home I have explored recently with the same bathroom fixtures. Old farmhouse though. Cheers for watching :-)
This house is absolutely beautiful. From the flooring to the walls even if it is a 50's house, looks to be in very good condition. Why demolish it? Such a shame. I do hope they take what ever things in there to salvage.
Hi Sally! :-) A new home buyer would indeed restore it but the developers have the big bucks to make the best offer and will result it multi story unit block going up. All the good stuff will be salvage prior to demo. The way urban renewal works :-) Thanks for watching
Hi Paul ! I got to up load a 3 min. video, just some pictures & fooling around with a new editor. I hope you might take a look if you're not too busy. Used You Tubes free music so I hope they put up where folks might see it. Do you know where they put it when you up load? I can't find it in the new video section. I've got alot to learn😁.
Hey Ruth that is well done, I use Power Director also :-) Doing photos and pics you have got the panning and movement nice to still give that fluent motion while with the music. Great start! :-)
First of all, thank you! I ♥️your vids. I live in a 50’ths house with a beautiful wooden floor. (In Germany, Cologne) These houses are expensive and you have to spent a lot of money to renew and fix things. That’s why most of the people who could afford such a house prefer to build a new one. Which is really sad....
Hey Chistine thanks for watching! :-) Your right I think, people have loved this old home but I guess it was finally time to move on and they unfortunately sold it to a developer who will knock it down! bummer lol
Lose the living room carpet and I could soo live in that house with that decor. I love retro decor and it’s still very good condition. I would say the curved edges are Art Deco, but that would make it 100 years old! I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t still be in that condition lol
Hey LadyMuck thanks for watching :-) Yes the interior is still very well preserved and I did find out that this house was built exactly in 1950 so it would have some late Art Deco influence as you said. I have seen those rounded ends of the cabinets in other homes with art deco themes too, seems to be the cross over point from Deco into 50`s :-)
Lovely home it's a real shame that money and profit is put before other things. I watched the other video too. That was beautiful. I love the older houses. It's a shame that it seems everywhere now days is turning into high rise make a quick few quid. It's the same here in UK. I've been to Adelaide a few years ago. Really enjoyed it. It's a shame I was supposed to be born there but my mum and dad changed their minds 😢. I've lots of family there. I love your videos I don't always comment but click the like 👍
Thanks mate! :-) I keep an eye on the Urban renewal areas that are up for new development, so there are ones in between being sold and being demolished which this one is. :-)
What annoys me is that this house is about to be demolished, but excluding the obvious damage, this place is in far better condition and way cleaner than most mid-market rental properties. Beautiful history lost forever it really makes me sad to see classic homes being demolished for ugly tiny boxes
I love this house!! So retro. The kitchen cabinets were the best. Great explore.
Hey Tamara thanks for watching glad you like this one too! A lot of nice things will be salvaged from inside :-)
This beautiful house doesn't deserve to be demolished,,,love d kitchen, floor. Carpet,,,evrything ok for me can tidy up n stay there with my family...Wow!..young house n gorgeous....thank you Urban..enjoyed your video..
Thanks for watching Ferlinda :-) Most people would also gladly live here I would think :-)
Love the intro!!!! The glass n mirrors really make this home. Again you have outdone yourself, great find before it gets demolished. Thanx
Glad you enjoyed Gerald! :-) The house next door is just as nice and I will upload it next video! Demo list too on same renewal project.
Just beautiful! Definitely 50’s. The stone, mouldings, huge hall mirror and etched French doors are lovely. Such a shame developers come in and demolish these homes, it would be great if they were saved and renovated. Great find, thank you.

My pleasure to show off these home before they gone! :-) Thanks for watching and your support Beverly, I appreciate it :-)
That is a beautiful home. Love the double living area and huge kitchen. Kind of reminds me of my Nana's house. Thanks for the explore

aww I love this house nice large rooms shame to demolish these gems ty nice video
Thanks for watching Nita. Yeah money talks and developers have the money! :-)

Yep all in the name of renewal(PROFIT) haha. Cheers for watching Dancing Unicorn :-)
Another great one, looks like there is some Art Deco inspiration in this home. What a beauty. Thank you :)
Hey Leeanne! Yes I think you are right, this one was built exactly on 1950 so has that late art deco theme still there crossing over into the 50`s. So good! :-)
Very beautiful home, so sad to see it go.Stay safe in all you do
Hi PCM :-) Yep the one next to it is going too! I explored it the following day, just as nice as this one too! :-)
Ohhhhhh I LOVE IT!!! Raised wallpaper and all!! I completely agree it's a shame it's going down! That's it, I'm moving to Australia! I want to see these gorgeous houses with my own eyes, I have abandoned house envy! LOL...thanks for the share! xo

It is sad that all thats left why cant you take it like the light fixtures old doors that are made of hard woods anything of value
So sad another part of history soon too be gone 😢 thanks ❤️ urbex another great video cheers 🍻 it does look like the fifties style
What a beautiful home! So sad that it is being demolished. I love that kitchen with the cabinetry with rounded corners.
The kitchen was huge!!!! I would love to live in this place! Ugly units are taking its place! Thanks for watching Kristen! :-)
You are right it's 1950s I can tell from the tiles and cabinets. Beautiful house thank you for showing us.
My pleasure David, thanks for watching :-)
It is much nicer now than where I have lived most of my life. the foundation could be repaired. What a fantastic job on the flocked wall paper, nearly covers the entire space and makes it very coohesive. I enjoyed this place too Avotts, much to look at. Thanks for watching :-)
Another great find. I like the large rooms, and those floors are sooo shiny. Today's homes have tiny bedrooms and all the same look.
This one is one of my favorites ones so far Wendy. Just had a really good feel that it was the pride and joy of very long time owners. Shame it will bite the dust soon. Cheers for watching :-)

Love those high gloss tiles in the kitchen and the colour, love the huge columns and the wooden sliding doors with glass panel.
This one I really enjoyed too Nessa, Kitchen was really kept to that 50`s period too! :-)
Wow, love the kitchen cupboard glass doors..
Sad to think of it being demolished....so beautiful as well as the music! Loved that song
Hey Cheryl thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed :-)
I love that house it is from the 1950s very beautiful. I could live there. Thank you for showing it to us.
Hey Little Debbie! :-) Thanks for watching, yes this would be a dream home for a lot of people including me! lol. I will upload the one next door to this one next. It is just as stunning :-)

Thanks for watching Mindy :-) Glad you enjoyed this one too. :-)
love the glass-doors, even 1950-kitchen also, and the big mirror, i wanna buy that...? great video!!!
Someone had this home for a long time I think Martin, as you said they kept the original kitchen and even the stove! I would move in here too! Thanks for watching :-)
Awe, breaking my heart :( . Then again, so happy to be able to see it before it's gone, thank you again.

Urbex Indigo wow. Will keep an eye out for it xx
This house would have been stunning in its day! Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure Grace, thanks for watching and I am glad you enjoyed :-)
What an amazing house, great porch, beautiful rooms. I love the mirror room and kitchen. I can imagine this beautiful house flooded with light, vintage furniture with great tasteful wall paper. Thanks for sharing. Take care

It is so sad to see these treasure destroyed but if they have foundation problems the cost would probably cost more than the house was worth. Thank you for another great explore Indigo
Thanks Jo, glad you enjoyed. Yeah true and the developers would have made a very good offer to get the people to sell up too. :-)
Love the glass doors in the living room great explore🌺🌺🌺
Lots of character in this one Dogsrule53, thanks for watching :-)
Really loved this one too. Especially the sun room.
Classic old 50`s home! :-)
Love the kitchen cupboards when I was growing up in a rental we had a oven like that
I love the vintage kitchen, wood floors and the glass doors in the living room, so sad to see it go.
Nancy I also really really enjoyed this classic 50`s home. the kitchen and stove were all original as was pretty much the entire home. thanks for watching :-)
Many beautiful details, hope they reuse them. Thank you for sharing.
A lot of the features will be salvaged and reused which is some good news. Glad you liked Polarbear lind :-)
What a beautiful home. I am new to your channel and I already love the way you film and edit. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Re watch of this video. great footage in this lovely old house, classic old embossed wallpaper, classic 50s kitchen units. Before its gone, and replaced with a characterless box like building.
It was a great looking house, loved that 50's kitchen!
Cheers Bayla. Will upload the house next door to this next! :-)
Such A waste of a beautiful home just to be demolished. Much love from Houston Tx. Thanks for the share.
Hi Itaska, thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed. Cheers from Adelaide, South Australia :-0
Hey Happy Wife! Good to see you back in the comments! Thanks for for watching :-)
Another great video😊
Hi Erfan Khan, thanks for watching. Glad you enjoyed :-)
Another beauty, great video. Thank you
Thanks for watching Tessa, glad you enjoyed :-)
lovely home. Lots to rehab. I hope they do. I love the floor. and the kitchen cabinettes
Hi Elizabeth thanks for watching :-0 Yes much of the the interior will be saved an reused for sure :-)
I love how big & grand everything use to be im in awe at its beauty
I hope that someone could refurbish some of the materials there. Those wood floors are gorgeous. Love the lights that have the green shade on it. Thank you for another wonderful video. Stay safe.
Hey Michele thanks for watching. Yep most definitely a salvage crew will strip all of the interior stuff that is re usable. Glad you liked this one, cheers for watching :-)
This house is a nice one. I loved the wooden floors also the way it was laid out to bad it's being demolished though.
Hi Joe Ann, the floors and other nice things will be salvaged and reused. Still a shame new development has to bring it down. Cheers for watching :-)
Thankyou For sharing your visit.
My pleasure Sarah. Cheers for watching :-)
😁you got a thumb up for the “good looking man” - just my thought!
@@christinevolkening8494 Haha oh thanks Christine! :-) Maybe someday I`l make myself more apparent haha :-)
I love the large kitchen and hardwood floors. The house is nice and big! What a shame it’s being demolished ☹️
I adore the kitchen, I would love to have that in my home now!
Such a nice house and yes that ceiling fan does look low (lovely fan too - hope it gets saved)
18 months on and this one and the neighbor still stand. I think the development plans either fell through or are being revised. Thanks for watching mate :-)
Gorgeous, love it. Wouldnt change a thing.😍😍😍😍😍
I do really love this one too Loretta, cheers for watching :-)
Love the bathroom and kitchen💞💞
I would gladly live in this house immediately Mandy ! haha :-)
*I just Love the kitchen!*
Hi Atinis, yes the kitchen has been kept blissfully original 50`s even the stove!!! :-) Thanks for watching
@@urbexindigo5164 Absolutely stunning you're welcome 😊
Absolutely beautiful.
I am so glad to hear that. That is fantastic news.
Beautiful home and all the stuff in there. To bad bad people can't go get what they need before it is demolished!
Homes arent built like this any more! This old place has so much character and isn't a 'cookie-cutter' like so many houses that are built today.
A beautiful house I like the wall paper it's beautiful
Very well looked after home too, I bet they found it hard to say good bye. Cheers for watching Velma :-)
Always a good day when Urbex Indigo uploads a video.
Hey Fatiha thanks for stopping bye and showing your support :-)
I would love a house with all they decor and styling.
My ex roommate would love this home she loves vintage things from the 50's and early 60's era.
Hey Libby i`m sure she`d have a ball in this home! Shame it will be lost soon! Cheers for watching :-)
Beautiful, too sad to see it go ..a shame! Thanks for the video!👍🙋🕊️
Cheers L L! :-)
Hi I'm new 2 your TH-cam channel, beautiful house and very handsome man you are❤
Hi Italian Girl! :-) Thanks for watching and your kind comments also! haha :-) :-) :-)
Very nice work. You camera work has become top notch. Very very nice
Hi Linda :-) Thanks for your support , glad you enjoyed! :-)
California here. Just love you.
Hey Nancy! Cheers from Australia :-) Thanks for your support, glad you are enjoying the videos, will have another one up tomorro! :-)
So nice. I like the wall paper. Its a shame it will be torn down 😢
Dam shame indeed Vonnie K.
What a gorgeous house
Yep I agree mate! Cheers for watching :-)
What beautiful double sliding glass doors. A 3 burner stove was far and few between even for the 50's.
Wow i love this place it reminds me of my grandparents home
It is a grand 50`s home for sure Mrs Martin! glad you enjoyed :-)
I think this was my favourite so far
I've got alot to
learn😁.
:-) Your right I think, people have loved this old home but I guess it was finally time to move on and they unfortunately sold it to a developer who will knock it down! bummer lol
It's a beautiful home, the owner's took care of it.
That is what i noticed too Linda, the previous owners had this one for a long time and kept it immaculate! :-) Cheers for watching
As you said, they don’t make them like they used to.
I love your videos I don't always comment but click the like 👍
I started to get worried about you. Glad you ended when you did. Thx for sharing your travels
Hey mate , god , what a cool house !! why in the hell are they knocking it over , what a waste . enjoyed this , keep up the good work.
and another great video! how do you get these locations?
thumbs up mate!!!
Thanks mate! :-) I keep an eye on the Urban renewal areas that are up for new development, so there are ones in between being sold and being demolished which this one is. :-)
i love it wow so pretty
