Oil - 3 Tbsp
Yellow Moong Dal - 1 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Green chilli - 2 or 3 no’s
Curry leaves - 4 or 5
Grated Ginger - 1 inch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp (as per taste)
Sugar - 2 Tsp
Lime juice - 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp
Gram flour - 1 cup
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Oil - 1 Tsp
Water - 2/3 cup (add as per requirement)
Rice flour - 1 Tbsp
Baking Soda - 1 pinch
Lime juice - 3 or 4 drops
Oil - deep frying

Salted Boondi - 1/3 cup
Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Bread slice - 1/2
