Ingredients:
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 4
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil for frying
Peanuts Chutney:
Roasted peanuts - 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves - 12
Fried besan - 4 tbsp
Chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green Chutney:
Mint leaves -1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves - 12
Green chilli - 5
Salt to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1 pinch (optional)
