@@carmcarm8230 I had iPhone years ago but I hate the way they lock you into everything apple. So much more choice and customisation with android. One of best decisions I've made switching from iPhone tbh
Congrats man, I'm also replacing my iPhone and ZF3 with this Only problem is I'm traveling SEA right now so I'll probably have to wait until I'm in Dubai in 4 months, or back in Canada in 7 :/
I’m feeling nervous about leaving my iPhone 13 Pro Max but am, frankly, bored of the iPhone. I had several Galaxy Notes before going iOS and loved them, so hoping it’ll all work out, despite also having Macs, iPad and Apple Watch. Here are the alternatives i need to find: - Apple Photos - to serve up photos in widgets (I guess I’ll lose family sharing - all my family are on Apple) - clipboard - worried I’m dependent on cross-device cut and paste which I use a lot. - Apple Podcasts - Apple Health - Habits app - seems to be iOS only - SonoSequencr - Sonos surround setting control - MyNoise - white noise, app overlay I’m sure there’s more I’ve not thought about 😂
Very true! I’ve stopped using it for iMessage but android sms and all the other platform support is epic. Kinda think they’ve distracted themselves with the whole iMessage thing recently … it’s a great piece of software without it!
Thank you! Still trying to find our feet in the new studio space, but I'm definitely loving this lighting. Also helps that it's winter here and I'm also loving seeing warm white lights everywhere :)
Love the phone. My only complaint is the motion blur on moving objects I don't get on my pixel 8 pro and 15 pro. Great cameras, but not gonna catch a clean shot of someone moving or pet moving
Have you noticed any apps not take advantage of the higher refresh rate on the one plus open? I'm very happy with my oneplus 11, but I'm using my pixel 7 pro currently because the interface is much smoother to use across the board. Apps like youtube are stuck on 60hz without a software tweak on my oneplus 11.
The last OP I had was the One Plus 7 Pro, I looved Oxygen OS and I still keep that phone as a backup in my tech kit. I'm not using it for thr camera at all, but it still looks and feels like a flagship. Dare I say it still looks/feels on par with all current flagships for just daily normal light stuff.
@@WeiFinder same, 7 pro was my last OP phone. I now got the open and love it as much as the 7 pro. Love as in I would've content with this for the next 3 to 4 years.
the phone is amazing but i will say something for anyone who uses plex, there is an hdr bug when playing hdr content on the phone, it won't be hdr unless you up the brightness a lot.
Screen quality and durability issues havent seemed like anyone has made any REAL improvements at all in the durability of the inner screens and the obvious pitfalls of owning one . Nobody still likes to talk about the plasticky feeling inner cover that feels cheap and sticky compared to the smooth and slick surfaces of solid gorilla Glass. I still dont feel like they're any more sturdy or trustworthy than initial offerings.
Great video! I'm using an iPhone 15 Pro Max and planning to switch to this gorgeous device. By the way, do you know if Beeper still works until now? Do you have any recommendations or alternatives for Beeper? Thanks
Yep. Been using it since I heard about it a while ago. Had to book a special onboarding video call where they set up all of my connections whilst I was on the call!
The good thing is iPhones hold their value. You might be able to sell it privately to pay off the lease? Or do you have to hand it back at the end of the lease?

I don't take much stock in any review that claims to be an iPhone user switching to Android. You either end up getting a comparison of iPhone to android, that which I could care less about or someone who simply isn't very experienced with android. Especially with the small differences between Android devices and missing some of the most important points .
Let me know what you think of the editing of this video in comparison to my usual style!
I'm going to Longleat centerparcs next year aswell
After using this phone for 4 weeks i can confirm this device is EASILY the best ive ever owned. Amazing just isnt enough. Great vid buddy👍
Thank you! X
Really? Were you using iPhone before?

I’m considering switching from iPhone to this exact phone but I’m not sure about it. Update: already bought the 1+ Open and I'm 💯 happy with it!
Don't make mistakes
I have been using Open for last 2 and half months. Ooh I love it. I think I never change it. I was using iphone 12 before. I sold iphone.
How did you clone your iphone to OnePlus
How is the camera on it ?

Same here. Been an iPhone user since the first iPhone was made. Just switched and couldn't be happier!!
I like how you've shows off your 20+ android phones as a lifetime iphone user switching and a couple smooth segway on non-sponsored ad in there.
Yep. Love Beeper. Especially on my Windows PC. The nice thing about the iMessage integration is that it works for SMS too and not just iMessage.

It has an action mode for quick shutter speed camera shots.
@@AuraMaster_7 yes but the quality seems a bit degraded when using the action mode
I love my fold 5. Can't wait for the 6
Is the landscape video when opened larger than an iPhone max in landscape?
Hello Pete, where did you get that sweater?
bruv forget the phone. where'd get that sweater? drop a link if possible.
Yes make a from iPhone to android video
There is a move to iOS app. My carrier showed it to me when I switched

That happens on the open... You can change that in display settings. Change to high.
Meanwhile he switches back to iPhone an hour later.
I was tempted as **** to buy this having owned OnePlus during their previous peak but have held off for the Pixel Fold 2.
Pixel fold 2 is going to be interesting.
I just hope they don’t then launch the pixel 9 2 months later which beasts the fold like they did this year 😩

haha! If only I could. Even I had to send this back to OnePlus after I'd finished with it! Now I'm sad and missing it...
You left you Apple Watch on
JEZUS CHRIST... 1819 euro's for this thing !!!!!!!!
Cheaper than other foldables! Unless you get some good trade in deals

Just review the phone without all the iphone switches non sense 😂 we all know youll hop on your apple train once you export the vid😂

Actually in the process of updating my pixel fold!
