I love your videos and how much you love the food. I love seafood and wish I wasn't half a country away from British Columbia. I live in New Jersey, but travel to Eastern Canada. I was in Montreal in October, fabulous people and food. Hope to be going to Nova Scotia again this summer.

Restaurants re-opened here last week for outdoor dining. Cases going down, hopefully we're inching closer to buffets (or something akin to them). Thanks for keeping this alive, Tim.

I was shocked when I saw your desserts! Since they were pretty much gone, I thought maybe they would bring you one dessert. They really fixed you up! That Berry PIE!!! Wow.
Nice that you got a seat near the fireplace, must be quite warm there. the crab was so big and yeah dipping it into the butter is a good idea, we should try it out! and wasabi oysters, that sounds good! we love eating oysters. stay safe as always Tim!

Anyways, we're new here - saw you on our recommended and YT was right on what we wanted to watch. Take care!

Tim, everything u got on ur plate would also be my choices too. The only thing I didn't see was a carving station on hot meats? But ur plate looked delicious. Wow! Newlands still has their seafood buffet! I used to go there maybe once a month when I lived in Langley, but haven't been there in maybe 10 years. They used to have a prime rib buffet on Fridays and then the Seafood buffet was on Saturdays. The view from Mr. A's overlooking the course is beautiful. So great to see they are still up and running. The food looks just as good now as it did back then. The price was always right too. Their Sunday brunch buffet was also absolutely outstanding. If you ever make it there for the Sunday brunch please do a video!
Hi Melodee, it's certainly a tried and true place to eat! I suspect that in the 10 years, their prices haven't changed much. Really enjoyable and especially during these times, it was so comforting! That’s a bargain! Does one have to be a member to go here?! I think that mango chicken looked so good! And that chowder! The crab, the Ceasar salad - perfect with Seafood entrees. The staff seemed so sweet!

Thanks for letting us tag along. We've been missing buffets so much so this was a treat to get to see you experience on. Usually they do snow crab at buffet but those looked like Dungeness crab legs. Anyways, we're new here - saw you on our recommended and YT was right on what we wanted to watch. Take care!

This one got me to subscribe because you definitely talked me into going to Newlands just to try their food. This is from someone who does not like to venture far out of greater Vancouver area to dine out 😃😃😃

Tim, everything u got on ur plate would also be my choices too. The only thing I didn't see was a carving station on hot meats? But ur plate looked delicious. Also the desserts had some of my favorites. I've never had mango cheesecake, and it looked good. Thank u for going out in the cold and sharing with us. Thanks Cookie! Hoping you get a chance to visit soon also. yeah, it was mainly seafood but the nice thing is they have different themed buffets on different days of the week... Prime rib and carvery are on the Saturdays and Sundays 😋

Wow! Newlands still has their seafood buffet! I used to go there maybe once a month when I lived in Langley, but haven't been there in maybe 10 years. They used to have a prime rib buffet on Fridays and then the Seafood buffet was on Saturdays. The view from Mr. A's overlooking the course is beautiful. So great to see they are still up and running. The food looks just as good now as it did back then. The price was always right too. Their Sunday brunch buffet was also absolutely outstanding. If you ever make it there for the Sunday brunch please do a video!
Hi Melodee, it's certainly a tried and true place to eat! I suspect that in the 10 years, their prices haven't changed much. Really enjoyable and especially during these times, it was so comforting! That’s a bargain! Does one have to be a member to go here?! I think that mango chicken looked so good! And that chowder! The crab, the Ceasar salad - perfect with Seafood entrees. The staff seemed so sweet!
