The ones at 23:04 and 23:37 with the botryoidal formations are awesome. Lots of cool coatings on the stuff from there too, the black and yellow is really neat.

I really like the diversity in my finds from there! I think the coatings can really add to the uniqueness of the pieces. Some of them I clean, some of them I leave as-is. Looking forward to digging with you this Saturday!!

I want to come play in the dirt! I just recently went to arkansas, my whole trip was sidelined with the eclipse, that i did not plan for. I hope to come there again, but it is a long journey from California!

Very cool pieces! Visiting this area the last week of October to do crystal digging, this place looks fun but we’re flying so won’t have all our tools ☹️ how easy is it to find stuff here without the hammer, chisel etc? Love your videos! They’ve been so helpful in our planning 😊

Great finds. Do you have an address to the I me mine? Do they have a tailing pile that you can dig or is it in the main pit?

Hello! They don't have a physical address just yet, but if you find the Home Plate Cafe in Jessieville on Google Maps, the mine is a few minutes north of there on some of those gravel roads.
Yes, they have a tailings only dig available from there. Check out the FB page, some people have been pulling out some excellent pieces from the tailings area!!

I've watched several of your video's and we will be arriving at end of October for about a week. We would love to do a dig one day while visiting. In all the pay to dig sites in the area which would you recommend?

      @@SeanTurley-s1f thank you so much!!
What type of dig are you wanting?
Ron Coleman’s has a talings only dig, and it’s pretty easy digging. You can get some really nice pieces from there. Same with the Wegner phantom dig, but you need at least 10 people in a group for that dig. Just call them and get your name added to a list of interested people.
If you want to pay a $25 fee for tailings and working a vein in a wall, then Avatar, Twin Creek, Sweet Surrender, Fisher Mountain might be good choices.
If you want some really beautiful jewelry type of quartz pieces, definitely go to Flash Mountain in N. Little Rock.
If you want a free place and a nice hike in the woods, then try Crystal Vista.
I Me Mine and Pine Ridge are great options if you want to try to work a vein in a wall with hard rock mining. They both have great tailings piles as well, where you just sort through material that’s already been broken out of the wall.
      Hope that’s a help!!

New to digging and i had a few questions. How do you know where there’s a vein to find crystals?
Also at the end when showing the crystals you found, what is the dark coating on the crystals? And the bright yellow ?

    Do you sell these?

    • @joedadbod8450
      @joedadbod8450  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

For some of them I do. I usually keep a couple then sell the rest to try to get back my dig fees, gas money, etc.
