I'm going to be 70 this year. I have been a huge heart fan since the beginning. Everything Heart does is magical. I love the fact that they are still making music, even if it's separate music. Ann's vocals can't be compared to anyone because there is only one Ann Wilson. I feel the same with Nancy. Both powerful women. Both musically amazing. I'm so happy that Ann has made a new album. Looking forward to hearing it.

About Lzzy Hale: Saw Halestorm here in NOLa in 2011. Didn’t know anything about them but was amazed at Lzzy. She suddenly started singing acapella. The song was a version of a song probably only she and I were familiar with in that crowd. See, I’m a longtime huge Annmonger. Ann has sung a soulful version of Heart’s “Crazy On You” off and on since 1991. It’s killer. So, Lzzy Hale is singing this acapella version of “Crazy On You” to a hushed audience who aren’t sure what they are hearing. My hair is standing on end because Lzzy NAILED it. After the show I got my pic with Joe and Lzzy. Of course, Lzzy has covered other Heart songs and is super talented. Ann Wilson, tho, is her own force of nature that combines power and magic. Ann’s one of a kind.

I bought a MinPin, a little black and rust colored; adorable little puppy! Tried everything to get him to howl, nothing worked! One day cruising down the highway, Hearts magic man; began to play on the radio! Cujo began howling, was like he was singing the lyrics to the song! Metallica’s turn the page was another of his favorites! It was so cool watching him, do his own thing to the music!!!
