Some of us are so ill our dreams haven’t happened so sometimes a disability can stop you from doing what you love and even stops the simple things like being able to hold your head upright in a chair and sit up. Or the ability to move and in too much pain to think about anything except extreme pain not able to concentrate on anything but agony. I wake up next to my electric wheelchair every day but often I can’t sit upright in it for long so that affects not being able to go outside & enjoy life outside of my house. Don’t make patronizing comments about disabled people again. And I’m loosing the use of my arms but my dream was to get good at guitar

Cher, one of the most iconic and successful singers that has ever lived, is basically THE entire reason autotune really took off in the late 90's because of her song "Believe". Since then it's been used by dozens upon dozens of incredibly talented, successful, capable singers to achieve the effect they were looking for in one song or another. It's not some magic mcguffin that makes some nobody who can't sing for shit just suddenly "git gud". It's a tool for musicians and singers and musicians, no different than any of the other tools or instruments they use, and like all other tools it can either be used incredibly well to great effect OR can end up sounding like absolute dog shit.
I had a stutter as a child. I’m 49 now and it sometimes returns when I get stressed. I was bullied at school for it. Watching this video brought a tear to my eye. What an absolute legend this man is. It takes a strong man to laugh and succeed in the face of adversity. RIP Legend.

I was 12 when this came out and was recovering from a severe brain damage (1990). Memory was horrible but I had my cassettes and cds and listened to scattman and many other great talents then I always thought he was a man of color (blame the brain damage 😅). RIP scattman thank you for the hits

I am 29 and have stuttered my whole life, when I was around 6 it was so bad I basically could not communicate. I had a speech therapist who I barely remember but she almost cured me, now I only ain’t stutter with certain words or when I am very stressed. one word which i have never really managed to be able to get out is my own name. Which is a bigger problem than people give credit to. Imagine someone asking you a basic question, like what’s your name, and you cannot say it. Recently I tried to sign up to a gym, the guy asked my name. I stuttered for a second or 2 before again, “I’m really sorry I cannot say it, do you have a pen and paper” Which he replied “are you taking the piss?” An absolute nightmare I can tell you. God bless you, Scatman.

My official surname is for example one I never use it's only on my papers. It was forced upon me for legal reasons by the bureaucracy when I was a kid.
