I was enjoying the details in your video, and then you showed how the chest leads are placed on the chest. Even if you weren't addressing lead placement directly, this is a teaching video and you are showing it. I don't believe I've ever seen lead placement so inaccurate as this. If you don't place leads correctly following standard placement, the EKG will be different from the last, the EKG will be incorrect and show shifts in the heart's axis that are not there. I saw one horrid lead placement EKG that actually made it appear they were having an Anterior MI. Lead placement is very standardized and needs to be accurate each time. Please review your lead placement with standard lead placement, I am sure with such a video as this one that appears to have put a lot of thought and study into it, that you would not want to show such a poor lead placement as you have. Even if you aren't teaching lead placement what you have, is reflecting on it and students may pay attention to it. Thank you
