This pulao recipe is so good!
My husband is Pakistani and he asked if I could make aloo matar pulao like his mom makes for dinner tonight and I said I'd try. I watched a few youtube videos of different recipes but this one looked exactly like the pulao his mother makes. I cut the recipe in half (except for the oil and potatoes) and left out the green chilies, but I did everything else as directed. It came out perfect! Just like the one Ammi ji always cooks 😊 He must have said 20 times how delicious it was while he was eating dinner.
