Ingredients:
To Boil the Chickpeas
300grm chickpeas
1 cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
3 Cloves
1 green cardamom
1 mace
2 bay leaves
½ tsp salt
a tbsp of oil
give a whistle on high heat then 2 on medium heat
(cook it till it's 90% done)
500grm basmati rice
4 dry red chillies
2 black cardamom
4 cloves
3 green Cardamom
2 mace
½ tbsp fennel
1 tsp cumin
1 cinnamon stick
10-12 peppercorns
2 medium sized onion (sliced)
7-8 garlic buds
3-4 green chillies paste
a tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 medium sized Tomato
1 tsp salt + ½ tsp salt
4 tbsp curd
4 green chillies
handful of fresh mint
handful of fresh coriander
a tsp of garam masala
2 glasses of prepared stock + 2 glasses water
2 tbsp clarified butter
½ cup oil for cooking
