Wow 🤩 not only was the video super informative but incredibly appealing to the practical nature of use ability. I thought that your perspective of using a canister stove in the US as opposed to using a liquid fuel stove for RTW travel was a particularly useful insight that really hit a mark of distinction.👏🏾 My interest in what you had to say really hits home because I have spent an awful lot of time preparing my 500 EXC for RTW travel and cooking options are of particular concern. I have been leaning toward the liquid fuel option for a few reasons, and of course the most obvious being the ability to always have fuel from the bike. The other reason is, as I’ve come to be aware of is the ability to have a flame in freezing temperatures. It is my understanding that the canisters don’t do well in colder temperatures. Great video, and thanks 🙏🏾for taking the time to put it out 👍🏾✌🏾
No problem Wei! You are spot on that the canister can have some issues in really cold, but most likely you wouldn't want to be riding when it is that cold LOL -- Let me know if you have any other questions, rubber side down!
Great job! Now do one on freeze dried meals. Those mountain houses have to go 👎🏻 I’m personally a fan of backpackers pantry or stowaway gourmet now. One too many times mountain houses have turned my insides out 🤢
Haha! I feel yah, I stick to breakfast skillet, beef stroganoff and chicken with rice.. those are the only winners in my books man. The rest can be tosssed
I appreciate the in-depth look!
Cheers!

You could bring a small bottle of denatured alcohol to prime the MSR without any of the soot.
