Blitzø says "the babysitter will kill me if I'm late" but we know that he didn't adopt Loona until she was 17. It's absolutely killing me to imagine him hiring a babysitter for a seventeen-year-old. A small detail, but the mental image is priceless. Millie's "how I met your father" story would be hilarious if she was Loona's babysitter.
This was a very intense episode. Moxxie's line "Maybe like a shitty Dad, or a mob family" in Season 1 Episode 1 hits a lot differently now. Poor Moxxie deserves a far better childhood than the cruel one fate dealt him.
There is also the line about how he was 'dreaming about his parents being murdered and he would like to get back to that.' Having a nightmare about his mom being killed, but then with enough lucidity for Moxxie or someone else to avenge her right after.

Still technically good parents, they want the best for Millie and are trying to make her strong, they're not unloving towards her, on the whole they've done a good job raising her and everyone loves one another in the family they're just stubborn hard asses.
She caused 9 out 15 casualties last time she competed in the games, at that point it seems entirely fair that she's disqualified. That may very well not even be a decision her parents can do anything about, she's depleting the local population.

Ehhhh I'm not going to go into any detail but I'm going to have to disagree with you on the mob wife thing. Some mafiosos treat their wives well, but I have it on good authority that some do indeed hold no value for their partners, and are straight up abusive. The mob wife thing looks cushy on the surface, but so do a lot of really bad marriages.
Fair and all Stims from perspective too haha. My grandpa's side of the family was mob and he and his family (italians) were super respectful of the women.
