Wow! We remembered this video when you had the 17ft boat & your portable table grill & slept on your air mattress/sleeping bag. We learned so much over the years and you inspired our family " Not to be afraid on our 21ft boat we can make it all workout". As a female Capt we are getting there. To see your wife inspired me more ...had a little bit of anxiety when you told her," take wheel you drive it". Clear water, sunshine, fishing/ grilling & peacefulness is worth it all. That 19’ CC had a ton of storage. Very functional.
I could enjoy a CC if that head/storage compartment were an actual cabin with AC, berth, galley and head.
I agree and I did talk to the marketing department of Yamaha
And recommended them exactly what you said but they did not listen to me and recently I send them an email telling them that if they would have done it it would have been a big success especially now through the epidemic that people are looking for boats looking for boats where cabins I guess it was their last they didn't listen to me but anyway who am I for them to listen to me lol
The memories of your earlier adventures were great. I used to camp in my previous boat like that too, an air mattress on the open deck and a sleeping bag 😀 fun times. Like you, I upgraded to a bigger boat with a cabin, fridge, sink, dunny, shower etc. it’s so nice to have some luxuries. Last time I spent a week on the boat in the Gippsland Lakes a 60+ foot Riviera pulled up nearby. It had an enclosed fly bridge and all the goodies but, I felt for them as I think my wife and I were having more fun on our 24 footer. Just have to wait another month before our lockdowns end 🤬🍺🍺🛥🎣🇦🇺

Greetings Capt from sunny South Africa!! I have been following you from the start since I also had a Yamaha FSH 190 jet boat at that stage. Like you I sold it for a 21 foot Quicksilver pilothouse with a 300 Mercury(not crooked though lol). It is now a lot more comfortable to sleep on the water but I sure miss the adventure that came with the Yamaha as it was more of a challenge. Thank you for your efforts to compile videos to allow us to participate in something you are clearly enjoying..Warm regards Capt!

Is a long drive butcis well worth it cap, you just need alot of days off from work because you will need about 2 days to get here in Miami and then 2 days back wen you arrive from bahamas, but i will be a great experience 👍😉🛥

I'm amazed that you were able to get to the Bahamas in a 19' boat. Where did you put in and what route did you take? Where'd you clear in and out and how'd you prepare for the passage (ie weather, currents)? You are fearless dude. I hope to take my 31' sailboat there one day but I'm not sure I'm ready to leave sight of land after I make my way down the St John's from Sanford and the ICW ... Great video

It's homemade my wife puts all kinds of seasonings to it and she makes it but there's no brand captain

how much fuel does your boat hold...
90 gallons
Thank you I was looking at a 22ft boat with a 90gal tank. This would be my first boat and a goal of mine is to go to the Bahamas like you maybe one day meet you. Do you make it with fuel to spare or do you fill up as soon as you arrive in the Bahamas. Thanks for the info stay safe.
@@ebonite357 That will be awesome captain meeting you and yes 90 gallons is enough fuel to get there you always have extra fuel too and you can always refuel there And I usually spend between 30 to 40 gallons just to make it there so you'll be OK with nighty gallons captain
