Very good ..All right...I am industrial MDI Controllar...I have 3 assestent parson for Help...I site a man on electric meter when our target unit cunsumed .our meter man indecate to load oprator to redeus or fully off load...when next 1/2 hour means next 30 min start meter Man aske load opretor to use electricity..new time start and new half hour 500 unit start as soon as 500 unit cunsumed again meter man asks opretor to off the Load 10 hours prectice this .....accordig to seasone 4 hours Fully dhutdown Loat...6 to 10....7 to 11....5 To 10....This 4 hour time is called Peek hour time.....other 20 hours time is called Off peek time....peek time cunsumed units charged double Rate... I understand every thing....and other man Nothing in mind.....
