    Mr. Abhishek I have to correct you. Inductor consume lagging power, capacitor consume leading power & supply lagging power that's why capacitor supply lagging power requirement to inductor and improve power factor. Because now inductor consume lagging reactive power not from main supply but, it consume lagging reactive power provided by capacitor.

    Hello sir,......I agree for each point ....but I have studied too when there is not a reactive power there will be not a flow of power in transmission....if active power will left then how power will transfered So I have a question how much reactive power is required to keep in transmission line.

    Sir APFC panel me Reactor 6%, 0.2%, 1%, 7% kyu rehta hai or konsi jagah konsa reactor use karte hai.
    6%,1%,7%,0.2% iska meaning bataoo na.

    Losses(heat) increase
    And vice-versa
    Inductive load -motor , transformer
    Capacitor bank{Leading Reactive Power (V start at 0 ,I at +0.5exam)} _-Reactive power produce karte hai
    4.50 Inductive load{Lagging Reactive Power(V start at 0, I at -0.5exmpl} _-Reactive power produce karte hai
    Then p.f improve kaise?
    Do REACTIVE POWER COMPENSATION_-
    So Leading Reactive Power se jab Lagging Reactive Power ko jab COMPENSATE karte hai tab SYSTEM ki OVERALL Reactive power kam ho jati hai, jiski wajah system ka P.F improve hona suru hota hai
    _Agar ise COMPENSATE OR REDUCE karna hai, toh hamare system me
    Leading Reactive Power Produce karwana padage

    1 How much kvar capacitor should i install on 2oo kva transformer 5kvar or 1o kvar?
    2 My average load is 3o to 4o kva how much capicatior should i install? I donot have pf controller panel.
