The point is lifting weights is about technique. When you have 80 years of experience lifting weights, nothing can stop you! You are just running at "God" Level like this guy.
Ya it was a little dangerous. The guy believed him because he couldn't believe what he saw. He coulda hurt his back or dropped it on his foot. But the guy should not have believed his eyes.
Last time I hit up Gold's Gym in Surfers, they were doing photo sessions and filming videos. One of 'em even had the nerve to ask me not to use a bench cause I was in their shot. It was 7 PM, peak time, and this douchebag was filming a video 🤦
The funniest thing is that people pick up the walking frame after seeing him lift ludicrous weights. It's like their brains can't process what they just saw. The old man act is perfect.
I prefer when he appears as a man of his real age, and the reactions of others are based on genuine admiration, surprise and comparison with their capabilities, rather than on misleading about his age.
I think it sometimes just feels like the victims know that the Old man is fake and they're just playing along with the prank as the situation is obviously ridiculous and such pranks have already been done before; like the Old man being great at basketball or other stuff. The previous concept is much entertaining as Anatoly acts like an eccentric janitor which they really can't suspect they're being pranked as crazy dudes like that exist; the twist is he can actually lift such weights. Although I guess it's understandable why Anatoly switched up the concept as he already made a lot of videos using that character; you can only do so many acts; the difference mainly is the victims being pranked.

I like seeing people's expressions, especially those who underestimate , I have been disabled since an accident, my hand was amputated but after watching this channel I want to be strong too, I have started lifting weights thankyou uncle toly😅
You can achieve so much. Just keep trying. It's an unfortunate event to suffer such an injury, but it doesn't define you. Check out some of the videos of Paralympians and other athletes with similar injuries and how they have excelled despite what most might say are difficult odds. It's not necessarily the odds that are in full control, but rather our internal mental struggles. Just stay focused, tune out the naysayers, and be as strong as you can be. "Bloom wherever you are planted."
