Okay, I have watched and listened to all 3 episodes. Here is my feedback:
1. Frankie needs to stop talking about his club days and being excluded...
2. Audrina needs to take the lead on the earlier episodes
3. They need to show/ play actual clips from the shop and re-act to them and then give their thoughts on 'Was it real' and things we might not know
4. They need to stop jumping around on timelines. Talk about Season 1 and these episodes!!
However, I did like Andrew Pery this episode giving more behind-the-scenes info.

This! It feels like Frankie has some stuff to work out. He’s very upset about not being a main cast member and this podcast isn’t going to change it. Be more of a support here to the people the show was about.
Totally get why they would cut Frankie out of the first few seasons - he doesn't let anyone else talk. Audrina is THE HILLS - Brody and Frankie need to kick back.

Frankie is exhausting. This podcast has potential but allow audrina and Brody to speak.
Yes, Frankie’s big ole ego is still so bruised about not being shown in the episodes, as he thought he “deserved”! It’s really awkward & uncomfortable to watch! It’s like he forgets the show is not called “Frankie: The Hill’s”! Like Andrew said 😂 But every single episode I’ve watched, it’s all about him being in such & such scene w/LC or whoever, but they didn’t show him or that scene on TV. Or it’s about his B-Day episode that got highest ratings. Sorry & HBD, but that’s not why it got the highest ratings. Oh & how Brian didn’t invite to the Premiere after everything he’s done for them. 🙄 And agree, Frankie needs to let people talk & let them finish their thought. It’s disappointing & I feel bad saying this, bc I liked him & I appreciate how hard he’s worked when he moved here. But Narcissism is for real!.. Rant over!
Lauren, Heidi, Audrina and Whitney would made more sense doing this type of podcast
I know frankee seems like he’s joking when giving the producers shit for not putting him in the show more but it really seems like it was something that lingered on and he can’t let go of. He kept bringing it up and making comments to Andrew and it was very cringe lol like what do you want him to say? IT WAS BUSINESS .
I love listening to Audrina because she was a main cast member since the 1st season. The boys need to stop cutting her off while she speaks! There were many cringe AF moments with Andrew when Frankie would cut Audrina off & change topics. I love BTS but the convos were hard to follow.
I’m trying to watch these because I’m truly interested in the whole concept of “was it real?” However you all are barely talking about the episodes and what was real or not and it’s very hard to follow and keep my interest. I love that you brought a producer as that brings a lot of insight in regards to behind the scenes and what’s real or not. But there is a lot of off topic conversation goes on which is fine but it’s very rarely brought back to topic. It also seems like you don’t even watch the episode, you’re just going based on memory? It would be nice to talk scene by scene. Back to the beach with Kristin and Steven is a perfect example of how these rewatching pods should be! It’s ok to go off topic here and there but bring it back and have an outline of what you’re going to talk about. Otherwise it’s all over the place and very sloppy. I’m sorry if this is harsh but if you want this to go anywhere I would maybe take some of this feedback and consider it. We’re all fans and that’s why we’re here! But give us the right content please 😊

I agree with you. It’s really slow and it seems like they’re not even comfortable talking to each other. There’s a sense of awkwardness with the pauses and the conversation. I don’t know if it’s nerves or bashfulness but it looks like when no one in the group did their part for the project so they’re in front of the class, looking at each other and trying to figure out who is gonna say what. Even in the Jason episodes there was like a quiet, lost feel. Whereas in Kristen and Stephen’s, they were both very confident and very much in control of their conversation.
I’m really interested in this podcast, too, and I wish it was more…well, just more!

I felt for Andrew in this interview. These guys were all over the place. Audrina is the most focused, but can also get dragged into the off topic nonsense and cringe Frankie jokes. They need a strong moderator, someone other than the three of them. Maybe Andrew. Also Frankie, please please stop talking about yourself all the time. C'mon dude, this podcast could be great.

Andrew was great. It’s annoying how frankie talks so much, even worst siding with Heidi and Spencer. It’s sounding like they were very calculated to be the villain or star of the show. You could see Lauren cared and Heidi was already orchestrating their Fake role.

It doesn't seem like they did, at least Audrina, which just gives off a vibe that they don't really care and just want the money

Agreed. It would be better if they actually watch the episode so they know what happened and can discuss it vs guessing and not being sure what actually happened in the episode.

Andrew Perry is the best! I can hear him for hours. They should have let him speak more not cut him off so much. Also this show is incorrectly named, shouldn’t be rewatch should be The Hills: our behind the scenes look. Would be nice if they actually watched the episodes and spoke about them, meaning we want to hear Audrina for now.

So far we’ve learned nothing new. This has all been covered in interviews before. Are they going to admit that most of the Speidi storylines were fabricated, repetitive and dull? Are they going to admit that Speidi honestly were assholes for a while, that they 100% created the rumour and that Spencer honestly lost his mind at the end? Are Audrina and Brody going to admit that they hooked up or continue the ‘good friends’ storyline. Will Audrina be honest about her relationship with Justin? I’m doubting all of this

Audrina-please talk about that slime ball guy you went to dinner with who claimed he was a model, and got a voicemail from his "agent" while you were on the date. Then you told Heidi on the phone the food was "greasy."

It’s quiet annoying that they only bring up Heidi and Spencer that is everyone’s favorite. Like really? I keep watching this but every time I’m just annoyed.
Just watched Kristin and Steven and that’s even more entertaining talking about laguna beach. I’m going to give whit and Timmy a shout out. Love love their videos.

I think Brody mentioned he did, but Audrina kept being like “I don’t remember.” She couldn’t watch the episode beforehand? What’s the point if they’re just guessing?

Whitney and Timmy said over and over Heidi’s job wasn’t real. I think it’s nice to get different opinions on this as there was sooooo many people involved… I do wish these guys stayed a bit more on topic tho
I think because Tim was a producer on The City he has the skills to produce and structure their reaction videos, which is great, but these three have no idea. You can really see it in this episode because Andrew is so succinct and professional (when they eventually let him speak), where as these three are all over the place.

Really loved watching this, it's so insightful to how the show was filmed and put together. I think we all loved watching it and couldn't wait for the next episode, we all miss it! Thank you for doing this podcast, I'll be tuning in to watch and listen to them all.
A few episodes in and I find it hard to connect, unfortunately
The episodes so far have rarely actually been about the episode itself, it's just more random inside jokes and stories that one of your audience care about.
Secondly, the chemistry and cohesion with you 3 feels awkward. Some parts all of you are trying to talk and it gets hard to listen to
Please let Audrina talk more - she's the only cast member here that was actually there for all of it
Frankie keeps cutting people off while they are talking and seemingly diverts topics back to him
Whitney and Timmy so far, have done it better. They actually went through scene by scene and provided wonderful context

How is this a rewatch podcast? Majority of the time brody, audrina and frankie talk more about other episodes or times then the actual episode that's titled. Stop talking about brody and audrina "talking". Brody wasn't even on the show at this point 🤦🏼♀️. Take some notes from whitney and Tim or laguna biotch aka nostalgia and now. She actually covered the episodes.
I see why they casted Audrina. She’s the perfect/chill friend to hang with. They truly showed her authenticity. #hugefan
I was excited for this but it’s not organized at all . They go off topic . I loved Frankie on the show but he chimes in and talks about things that are not super important or drags it on. Like that he worked in the same building as Heidi and he knows she actually worked like ok cool I guess but not interesting . I hope they watch the episodes and alter the new episodes to be more organized .

I remember when i first saw laguna beach i was like is this real life or a tv show . It took me quite awhile to figure out what i was watching but i was hooked!
i have watched your commentary for the first 2 episode and the only good outcome of spending that hour watching frankie (that i honestly don't even remember ever seeing on the show, but well a lot of time passed by) talk about his personal stuff, was that people in the comments let me discover whitney's podcast. i will give it a try for few more episodes but i can't like this.

The new show could have done with a lot more in depth of the story lines I felt like you guys all had good story lines but it was to surface I would have liked to see more in depth and honesty it’s disappointing it was cancelled
So why wasn’t Frankie running a club reason enough for the crew to go to his spot?
Could feel the tension & no offense but director guy needs to stop crushing on Audrina, own up to they should have had Frankie on the show.

So, MTV tells you when and where you’re filming but not who with. They also, manipulate things and over dramatize scenes. This we knew as an audience but I appreciate the cast/crew being honest that reality tv is not exactly reality.

These episodes are very disorganized, it seems like they did not watch the episodes or prepare at all for this podcast. There is a lot of jumping around and it is hard to follow. A lot of the behind the scenes “is it real” answers are vague and superficial. Give us more tea!

I just feel like audrina is delusional about how fake everything on the show was. I don’t know if it’s bc of her book (which I read) where she basically talked about her time on the hills as everything was real so she won’t admit to how staged her scenes were or what. I am so invested in the hills, I truly hope they add Spencer bc his “the spills” tiktok series is truly amazing and all we want to know is how fake everything was

Brody knows what's up. Spencer was truly the best character..hands down. I don't know how anyone can argue that. Spencer and Brody are smart dudes. And Heidi was a great character too Audrina...possibly second best.

It’s just blatantly clear that Heidi and Jen were opportunistic and 2 faced.
You guys need to find a better editor. There have been quite a few awkward/unexplainable moments, that just don’t make sense or lack of context. Like the whole Miranda part. If you can’t make it make sense, then just don’t include it. It’s pretty annoying on top of the lack of structure these have.

This show is a mess. There’s no leader, no set questions, and the content is disorganized. Brody has the most potential oddly enough. The rhythm is completely off. You can’t just stick three people in a room and make good radio. It’s frankly lazy. Do the work.
