SAMSUNG UB code (unbalanced spin cycle) FIX!

I was frustrated when my 2 year old Samsung top load washer wasn’t finishing the cycle and the clothes were soaked!
I researched and people said buy new suspension rods, that to me didn’t sound like the correct fix to me.
I bought Nygol 767A synthetic damping grease and it worked!

This does not make sense ? Explain how this will work. Why didn’t you film what you’re claiming also that tube looks unused.
