Hei! Big Fan of your's. To correct your wrong statements; It is the adaptive suspension which comes into action upon sensing the center stand uplift. Hence to abbreviate it as an automatic center stand is technically incorrect. The 1300 GS is no longer a combo of air & water cooled boxer engine. Albeit, Gentle ribs can be seen on the boxer cylinder blocks but the cooling fins have been ruled out. Hence, it's a purely water cooled soul. Looks are absolutely polarising. Since there are plethora of headlight memes hovering for 1300 GS,hence my opinion for the same stands neutralized :) The Engine with its working mechanicals sounds more vocal than the Exhaust. The exhaust notes are gruffy & weakened/subdued by the engine sound. A weak/low battery will be perplexed to decide whether to power the suspension lift or to crank the bike when required ;) The maverick stance, tactile character, rugged yet sophisticated & intimidating genome factor of a 1250 GS are brutally assassinated. They killed the GS from a GS is all i can say :( Awaiting to experience the bike in flesh though for clear perspectives with an unbiased & unpaid review too. No pun intended :) Take care. Cheers!
Don’t like the ultra modern look of it specially the headlamps , for me 1250 gsa gives me a vintage feel and it’s extremely comfortable while riding….hope gsa version brings something better …makes me feel even more happier riding my GS Tophy….

This just goes to show the financial aspect of these shitfluencers (purely those useless perfumes and insurance that they seem to influence). Could have arrived a day earlier instead of on the schedule to acclimatise considering they are full time TH-camrs instead of risking their health like this. She seems to be in good shape too, not even overweight or anything.
It can hit anyone. Even people who are fit experience it. It is about acclimitisation and giving the body enough time of atleast 2 days. I have done ladakh multiple times but last year I felt like i would die when I halted in Pang, while going f4om Manali to Leh. Now due to roads being good I got carried away and didn't stop enough and drink enough water. Whilemi was telling my friend to do all this as it was his first time. People think altitude is a joke but it takes a few days for one to adjust.
I just got my 1250 GSA Trophy Edition five days ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision over the 1300 for several reasons: Headlight Design: The 1300's front lights are overly flashy and make it look like a mid-range electric bike. In contrast, the iconic 1250 headlights are distinctive and perfectly complement the bike's overall aesthetic. Electric Adjustable Features: The electronic adjusted wind screen and centre stand is not standard on all the models of 1300 (yeah, there are going to be multiple editions of this). Road Presence: When you're spending 25-26 lakhs on a BMW, you want a bike that turns heads. The 1250 GSA Trophy has a commanding road presence that the 1300 simply can't match. I saw both in person in Germany last month, and the difference was striking. Engine Performance: Despite the 1250 being released in 2019, the 1300's engine doesn't feel like a significant upgrade. After five years, it seems more like a cosmetic change than a major improvement. Whenever my friends ask if I made the right choice, I don't hesitate for a second-YES, I absolutely did.
Test rode and being 6 ft 3, this time is smaller than my 1250gs.i like my gs due to the size as it fits me better. I do alot of off road and fun rides so the GSA was out due to bigger and heavier setup. this bike reminds me of the pan america in feel due to the smaller size.

Great bike, with tech but i agree, seat height is way too high, excludes a lot of riders.
power assisted center stand .. pretty neat
It also have adaptive ride height which makes your seat height 820mm when motorcycle comes to a stop
I think if the motorcycle turned off then only 820 otherwise 830 mm seat coming to a halt
