The Warhammer Fantasy was looked great. Someone has a real artistic eye. The Tabletop World buildings looked great as well a incorporating their last opponent into the diorama was a nice touch :)
Thank you for posting these fantastic dioramas. I find them inspirational eye candy that pushes me to make my own scenes. I only wish you were allowed to film closer to capture the details in them. Please continue to show more of these wonderful works of art whenever possible.
Thank you for this. The dioramas at Adepticon are always amazing... did that first one have sound?? Just nuts! Brandon proves once again that he is his only competition. I'm glad you focused on his work at the end. What else would you do with the bones of a giant except build around them! Again, much thanks for this video.
When I found out about warmachine I discovered your channel. I quickly came to love your style and presentation. I consumed all your videos in a manner of a few days and will re-watch them from time to time as I learn the game better. I eagerly await more battle reports from you. Keep up the good work, it is much appreciated.
The 40k displays were part of some sort of contest, I think. There was one that I missed because it was inside of a box. You would look into it through a viewport and push the "play" button to start all the motorized parts. It had a pair of headphones that would tell you the history of the army. It was a conflict between Orks and Eldar, I believe. I don't know if the Warhammer Fantasy one was part of any larger contest or anything like that, I just found it sitting there in one of the gaming halls.
I wish there were dioramas like these for warmachine/hordes. Maybe one day I'll have the time and energy to devote to making a warmachine/hordes diorama.
There is a light shining in your pupils and it makes you look like some sort of alien in a human fleshbag XD. On a serious note these are some gorgeous pieces, thank you so much for sharing them Miranda!
I'm pretty sure, based on the pattern, that she's using a ring light. It's great for skin, gives uniform coverage and then allows her to add an extra light (which you can see on her shoulders and head) to add highlights. Really softens up an image and does a lot of work without a lot of make-up. *Just my assumption*
Hey, thank you for sharing this. Those are some amazing army displays. Very inspirational. I really appreciate you not keeping all of this to yourself. Video is going on my favorite list for sure.
Loved the video like all your others. And am looking forward to your battle reports again as i like to paint to them (I may have copied your berzerker scheme though). Have you any plans for future batreps as I love everything our motherland has to offer!
I think you need a wide angle lens to better capture these and your batreps to. Great video anyway although I would rather see Warmachine/Hordes dioramas. Thanks for uploading.
Daniel Korolev For my battle reports, I do use a macro/wide angle lens. For this footage, we were all standing behind a roped off area, so it would not have done me any good.I do agree though, I would really like to see some Warmachine/Hordes ones too =)
Games Workshop/other people put out some nice dioramas for the enjoyment of the fans, so can can view, browse and possibly draw inspiration from them and then you bitch about it being a dumb marketing thing (paraphrasing, because that's the vibe that I got from your comment). Its ok that you like Wamachine more. But there's no need to continue your GW bashing, often unfounded or blown out of proportion in my experience, because the hobby is no longer even RELEVANT to you. particularly because you may or may not make someone else's hobby experience worse. Thank you.
Nifty stuff, and the last diorama just blew me away! Thanks for sharing with us!
The skeleton is awesome, but the nid's table with the ship... mindblowing!

Thanks for sharing this Miranda. As we approach AdeptoCon 2015 it reminds us of where the bar is.... And that we need oxygen to get there!
By Emperor! Those looked really good. I loved how two of those had liquid added.
That last one was awsome! Thanks for sharing!
26snoopy82 What was it called? Really amazing piece, watched it like 4 times!!!

omg that was crazy good, especially the last one....wish i stayed with this game.
Warmachine/Hordes is missing out on dioramas. I bet there would be some amazing ideas out there.
Thank you for not keeping them to yourself :D These are awesome and I hadn't seen them.
Awesome stuff Miranda . Can't wait to see you guys at Valhalla in five weeks.

Saeheria I don't actually use any lights. That's just the way my eyes naturally glow... =)
WarGamerGirl D:
WarGamerGirl Scary glowy eyes!

Hey, thank you for sharing this. Those are some amazing army displays. Very inspirational. I really appreciate you not keeping all of this to yourself. Video is going on my favorite list for sure.
Was that a Squats army with all the drills coming up from the ground? Awesome.
Loved the video like all your others. And am looking forward to your battle reports again as i like to paint to them (I may have copied your berzerker scheme though). Have you any plans for future batreps as I love everything our motherland has to offer!

CHAOS BOMB!
Damn... this made me sad. I would really like to see more of your Warmachines/Hordes battle reports than some GamesWorkshop marketing stuff.
Heresy.
