I’m sick right now curled up in ball when all the sudden, TH-cam notifies me that Boylei hobby time posted another video. This couldn’t be a more perfect timing.
I think your dad supporting you and your craft is so wonderful. I remember my dad buying me and my brother those Airfix airplane kits in a bag when we were little kids. He showed us how to build and paint them. I still build models to this day. I'm 61 now. I still miss my dad every time I sit at my workbench. You got a good dad, and he raised a good son. ❤
I remember my dad bought me a f-15 strike eagle, and we worked on it every weekend I was at his house. I don’t know where it went when he passed, but it still makes me sad we never finished it but it makes me happy to know he loved to help me build it and that he loved me and my sister so much.
May the fourth be with you! Big thanks to Boylei Senior for providing the Falcon! And for Woodland Scenics for sponsoring the vid and sending you the goodies to build this awesome diorama!
This system is insane. At first I thought 'way too flimsy for something of this scale' but by the time you were cutting the access in the back,I was a believer.
There's a lot of (well deserved) comments on your amazing dioramas, but I wanted to take a second to praise your sound design. Voice over is always a good, consistent volume, music and sound effects are always appropriately leveled under the voice, and I love when you do fun audio things like at 7:00. Love your work, Boylei! May the 4th be with you!
I very much agree. Remember his Mines of Moria diorama from October 1st 2023 ? That's easily one of my favorites, the lighting and feeling of depth and darkness is superb. Imagine something like that scaled up, it could look even more incredible.
I love how quickly you ran over the whole paintjob of this huge Falcon model that other model builders spend several videos on, while the quality was definitely on par. Hope to see even more ship dioramas from you in the future!
Many of your Patrons are very diligent disciples. As evidence by the work they do. I enjoy seeing their pieces displayed too. Another awesome Diorama👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Props to your father, it's awesome to have him as a support for your hobbies. Father's day is around the corner, and the best you can do is make him proud.
I’m always in my happy place with your channel. You and Luke Towen are the reasons why I got into HO and N scale dioramas. Absolutely love you guys. This model is absolutely amazing.
In Andor, on Aldhani, there're farmers with goats. Not sheep I know but pretty close, plus the scenery does match quite well with what we see in the show
Big props to dad for being there from day one, and for gifting this sick Millennium Falcon. I absolutely love little dioramas and Star Wars so this is right up my alley.
We are just in awe of this AMAZING build @Boylei!! What a tremendous tribute to Star Wars Day and the wonderful gift your father gave you. Thank you for the fantastic representation of our products! We look forward to working with you in the future!
Amazing work and on large scale. Be safe with the weather conditions . And a huge thanks to your dad for his support. There are a lot of people who learned from you. May God continue to bless you and your family.
Really random, but I found your videos right around when my daughter was born, and your videos are the exact length of a bottle feeding, and I would play one every time. I'll always enjoy your videos and for this also super weird connection ❤
Woodland Scenics terrain support system is really a thing to behold with how far the hobby has come. I remember one of my first college classes we built model trains in teams and to this day, I still reflexively ball up newspaper into the sorta mushroom cap forms we used for filler and structure.
The has to be one of my top 5 favorite builds you've done. Not just the scale, but the whole environment and sense of scene that you accomplished. I would say next level , but I think you passed "next level" about six or seven levels ago. Simply amazing!! Awesome present from your father, nothing means more to a son than feeling the pride of his father. Also, Woodland is stellar for all the goodies they sent you. Not just the handful of items I'm sure you requested for this video, but a true metric $#!+ ton of stuff. Will definitely purchase more of their stuff when I get my hobby room up & running. Bravo good sir, awesome job! 👍👍 Keep on keeping on!!
That is absolutely beautiful I so love the Millennium Falcon, Luke's X-Wing and Land Speeder. So this is so freaking awesome. Amazing build and paint and everything else too. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!! 👍👍👍 The 4th will be with you, always.
That planet with non-alien shmeep would be Terra Minraxa, in the Outer Rim. It's a lawless frontier full of ornery Scotsmen, bleating fluffballs, and pirate-radio coffeeshops tucked under mountainsides.
Hey Boylei, next time you want to play some on-brand Star Wars music (that isn't from the soundtrack), play the suite that inspired the original Star Wars soundtrack: "The Planets" by Gustav Holst!! It's one of my favorite suites of all time! You'll recognize where the Star Wars soundtrack came from, just by listening to the first piece alone. I hope you get to utilize this knowledge in your next Star Wars diorama!!
Long time viewer, first time commenter. I could say something related to the movies like, "Thanks the maker who made the maker of this massive model maker episode." but I won't because I'm not that witty. Instead, I'll simply compliment and comment on how much this channel educates, motivates, and inspires others to think outside of the kit box; towards not just build something, but to create worlds, dreams, ideas, stories. Thank you, and your Dad, and Woodland Scenics - this was one of the best episodes yet. And since we're talking about thinking outside the box - who's to say that the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy wouldn't have visited a planet inhabited by large monsters and wild west tech? We may never know... Or may we? Keep up the great work.
I was wondering why you didn't post anything last Sunday. But I knew that this likely meant you were working on something extraordinary, and I should have realized that it probably had something to do with May The Fourth! Not only is the scale of this project massive (so massive that you needed model railroading techniques to make it) but the level of small detail is equally incredible! Thank you for sharing your skills and imagination with us, and Happy Star Wars Day, Boylei! 228th Like.
The scene looks just like some landscape I drove through while touring Ireland in Dec 1981. I just missed seeing the Millennium Falcon and the coffee shop was closed for the Holidays. Darn the luck. The sheep, however, were very present.
Yet another absolutely incredible project. I can honestly say you have never had a bad or even substandard one. Absolutely knocked it out of the park. Your accompanying stories are always brilliant too. Great Chanel and you dad must be so proud 👍
Im not even sure how I got here, but what kept me was when you were talking about your Dad. I don't do models, or dioramas, but man there's nothing like Dad to help you along the way, so when I heard that it resonated with me in a huge way. Great stuff.
This is so good! I’ve really missed your star wars content. If you ever revisit this diorama in the future may be consider putting some people in the observatory, enjoying their coffee.
Ooo...what fun. This is how I celebrate Star Wars anniversary. Thanks Papa Boylei for your support 1:41-I actually felt for you there, 679? Only took a few minutes. Impressive terrain material really came together 6:14-Be careful at that people! 8:53-Yeah fix that up Excellent work by your Patrons on there dioramas.
Really great landscaping. Wish I still felt the same thrill I had back in '77/'80 when I first saw the Falcon at the cinema and later in Empire - what a ship design. 👍Nice work.
This was awesome. I dislike immensely the new Disney stuff, but I still love Star Wars, and this brought a big grin to my face to see. I always dig your videos and your creativity.
I forgot to add the Patron scroll! How embarrassing. Can’t believe I missed that! I’ll get ya next time.
Just do two next time to make up for it!
What music is that at the end of the video?
@@BenSinclair04 Rest Upon the Edge by Trevor Kowalski
@@choobs4381 Thanks
I think for the wild imaginary West series You should make a sandworm diorama

Get well soon 🙏🏼
Hope you feel better soon!

My dad also got me started on plastic model kit building... Great Dads make Sons turn out Rad! Thanks, Dad!
I absolutely love this. I pray you keep doing what you love. What I know for a fact is that your dad is looking down on you with happiness.
Damn man, makes me miss mine
May the fourth be with you!
Big thanks to Boylei Senior for providing the Falcon!

Dude the scale of this is crazy! The terrain, miniatures and landscape turned out so good!

Good post!
I think you should make a HUGE cave with that terrain foil, it would look increidible! (huge cave = huge spider as well!!)
Wampa cave from empire?
I very much agree. Remember his Mines of Moria diorama from October 1st 2023 ? That's easily one of my favorites, the lighting and feeling of depth and darkness is superb. Imagine something like that scaled up, it could look even more incredible.
Oooh, a final conclusion to the mines beneath the Wild Imaginary West?
Or a Death Star with the aluminum side facing out
oh wow, this is some of your most beautiful work yet. you deserve this sponsorship!

THIS. When the music played, the first that came in my mind was "Andor. Aldhani."
The sheep gave it that special touch that just propelled it. He white contrast of them gives it that great visual touch.
Big props to dad for being there from day one, and for gifting this sick Millennium Falcon. I absolutely love little dioramas and Star Wars so this is right up my alley.
Ah yes, a Saturday and a Boylei video... chefs kiss.
What an enormuous dio! Love the terrain and the paintjob on the Falcon.

Amazing truly awesome, that woodlands scenic shaper sheets are a game changer, shall be getting some, May the force be you and all 😺🤘
With the sheep and all, the diorama reminds me of Ireland. Looks fantastic, good job
An Irish Chewbacca
Thanks Boylei Dad for also sponsoring this video!
This looks straight off of a movie set, it's so beautiful. If I ever get to run my Star Wars D&D again, I will absolutely be featuring the Caf Bunker
Amazing work and on large scale. Be safe with the weather conditions . And a huge thanks to your dad for his support. There are a lot of people who learned from you. May God continue to bless you and your family.
The sheep added a really nice pop of color that the diorama needed, this thing looks great!
That Bandai 1/72 Falcon is a beast made of details.
