Try setting your home city to Taipei / TPE. Its still UTC +8, but your watch might be able to receive the JJY atomic clock broadcast from Japan, even if you are in Hong Kong.
Seems Casio doesn't know how to spell the name of its own watch. The watch front has "Captor" rather than the correct "Ceptor". Is it really a Casio or just some cheap knock-off?

i got one and i am in the Philippines 🇵🇭
i do get the signal every 1am or 3am early morning
It works now, but I had to hike up a 450m height mountain to receive the signal.
Good looking Casio
Don;t normally see people wearing a Casio with a suit, so it is pretty cool to do so.

it will automatically pick up the time signal, but you could also turn it off and set it to manual to save battery.
