Your lectures are FABULOUS for MCAT study. I would argue that they even substitute some textbook chapters since you focus on concepts (which are at the core of the test). I will definitely spread the word!
Honestly you don't even need to read the kaplan MCAT chapters if you watch his videos, I've been doing that and 95% of his videos corresponding to a kaplan chapter cover everything found in the chapter. Just make sure to supplement with Anki
Wow thank you. You speak so clearly and direct. Thank you. Im in a fast pace summer biochem course (1 month long) and i have a test tomorrow. I still don't know how I'll do on it, but your ability teach and explain amazes me.
Hi I enjoy you videos as they helped me last year to get a 1st class. Thank you. I would love it if you could do a video on protein sorting / targeting. Thank you
+AK lectures please do you do videos on positive viruses replication? Example poliovrius replication cycle or negative sense viruses? That would be awesome as your videos have helped me a lot
1st - thank you so much for this awesome lectur , but i have one doubt considering the probability. i think it should be factorial value of 20! (as for 1st place we have choice 20 × for 2nd place it's 19 × and for 3rd its 18 ........ ) plz. replay
You can have a given amino acid appear multiple times in the same polypeptide. Most polypeptides are much much longer than 20, so you would expect a lot of repeats.
I would say that our university professors are completely useless compared to this, when I watch these lectures I'm actually interested in Biochem which is a subject that I hate.

Jelena028 Thank you! :-) I would greatly appreciate that
Totally agree. I am using them specifically to study for the MCAT.

@@AdamStudies wow this is a throwback and agreed about reading chapters - not very high yield (coming from someone who is now a doctor hahaha)

Your lectures are really amazing... they clear the concepts..Keep posting.. Thanks alot..
Thank you so much! I suggest you do a video on collagen synthesis, very useful for bioquem and path courses and relevant for many diseases.
Mesmerized by the way you explain sir...thanks for clearing such difficult concepts...your videos are wonderful sir.
May God Bless You

He got it right. It cant be 20! because there is the possibility for repeated amino acids
You can have a given amino acid appear multiple times in the same polypeptide. Most polypeptides are much much longer than 20, so you would expect a lot of repeats.
Is it for MBBS also ?
Excusme how can i find the lecture of amino acid ?
Excusme how can i find the lecture of amino acid
Excuse me how can i find the lecture of amino acid
Thanks
You are greaaaaatttttt
which one is more stable? Folded protein or unfolded protein?
Folded.
folded protein because surface area is less for reaction then that of unfold one
