My skull was my reward for winning the marathon world championships in 2010, my triangle on my hand reminds me to keep moving forward and make progress, and my turtle/Pura Vida tattoo on my leg is a reminder of my amazing time in Costa Rica :)

Why aren't you training for kayaking anymore? - I see new opportunities everyday, I'm just grabbing them as they appear and keep working hard, right now that's TH-cam & Film. I'm happy I made the change!
How long do your vlogs take to edit? - They vary massively, sometimes 1 hour sometimes 6+

Welcome back Ben! Just a suggestion, try 'exchanging' valuables such as your phone with chew toys when Alfie's being naughty and you want to get your stuff back. It's how I stopped my dog from chewing shoes. It'll teach them what's allowed and what's not to chew. :) Happy Training!

Even though you're very tired, it's so nice to see you looking really happy. I can tell the break really helped you "refresh" your brain. I had a two week break in the country with no internet, just fires burning and chickens to feed and fields and trees. Getting away from life for a little while is a brilliant, underrated thing.

Glad to have the VeeLogs back, but more importantly that you had a good break with your friends to relax and rejuvenate! You are always working so hard and burning the wick at both ends that you needed it I think. I think it was also good timing right before Nicole came cause for the next few weeks you'll probably spend most of the time with her, so at least you got a few days with the lads.
While we missed you while you were gone, don't feel like you can only take 5 days off a year. We'll still be here for VeeLogs even if you only posted 5 days a year.
