Alfie is super cute! If I may give a bit of advice.. You should avoid letting him do stairs as much as possible, it's really bad for the joints.They still need to develop. Also don't over- exhaust him. A common measure for puppies is to go for a walk 1 minute per week of age. So say he's 10 weeks then you go for a 10minute walk. Grtz from a healthy dog owner!
I think you've inspired me to run again! So thanks. :) I've completed a half marathon 1 1/2 years ago and somehow stopped running, but I'm into it again and it feels great! x

Alfiedog has grown so quickly man. I can still remember him having problems finding the balance when walking. Now he seems to have much more coordination.

If you have a shower with doors, versus a bathtub, it's a lot easier to wash your dog in there! They can't jump out and make a watery mess. xx
