I did a 32km bike ride coincidentally on Saturday, I felt so good after it, I really recommend going on more bike rides to everyone who owns one, especially all of you dutchies watching I'm Dutch myself and I know everyone has a bike in holland it's just that we're all so lazy these days! Hope some of you watching will start picking up biking sooner or later! Xx
