    I find a lot of working in the civil service revolves around being very self aware, not just about your contribution but yourself as a whole and the impact you have on others around you, too. I kind of really like that.

    I love this. I've subscribed. There aren't many resources on TH-cam for civil service job interview preparation. So this is a gem! Please do more (I'm currently in my second year working at the civil service at a junior level, looking to apply for other jobs but needed guidance on how to structure answers)!!!!

      Thanks for subscribing and I'm glad you liked them :) I will be doing more videos on other behaviours but are there any other topics for videos that you would find helpful?

      @@JacWilliamsVideo I do like what you said in another video (when you reached a benchmark level of subscribers) about looking to do videos on personal finance and possibly investing. I've currently just started investing via Vanguard and I want to learn a lot more about that area- it's definitely not something we're taught at school growing up in the UK in mainstream education. I would also love other videos on other behaviours too!!! :D

    Hi Jac, loving the videos. A friend who works in the CS suggested I watch as I'm applying for a role within CPS. I am stuck on the 'Seeing the Big Picture' as it asks what skills I would hope to gain if successful. Do I need to answer using STAR? Thanks

    • @JacWilliamsVideo
      @JacWilliamsVideo  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey, probably not STAR for that no. It sounds like they're more interested in hearing about what you want to get out of the role for that behaviour.

    Hi Jac! Your videos have been extremely useful for my interviews so a big thanks. However, I seem to get confused on this particular behaviour (seeing the big picture). What is the best way to link the impact of strategic goals/ objectives of the organisation with own performance/ work?
    I've got two more interviews scheduled in the coming days and any tips would be greatly appreciated! :)
