I realize that any death or assault committed with a gun is horrific for the family of the victim. But, Liverpool only had 48 shootings and 6 deaths in one year. Yeah, its horrible but thats really not a "Gang Problem" is it?
6 deaths in one year is a pretty low number, an extremely low number for a major city like Liverpool.

If communities would spend time, being hard on crime, and just had an honest crime watch, nobody would think about doing crime.
It also has to do with people being scared to tell, often times people who tell are on their own.
But if a community decides to stand behinds a person who knows information it's a wrap for the criminal.

Theres a difference between petty anti-social behaviour and gang related crimes just incase you haven't noticed. This documentary is on the latter, hence why crime rates are higher in the north of the UK and where the general stereotype comes from.
