Is Raiding in The War Within Any Good?

We've now officially entered Season 1 of The War Within, bringing with it a host of changes to dungeons, delves, and of course our new raid in The War Within, Nerub-ar Palace. Nerub-ar Palace is World of Warcrafts newest raid, reflecting a huge instances with 8 new bosses, and lots of new gear. So, just how good is raiding in The War Within, in Nerub'ar Palace?
