  • So you want to see how it's done by the Pro's... Not here you won't, dodgy as, but done right.
Hopper gets booked in for day surgery, with some complications. It's a long video, however it seems to be in the ballpark for a doohickey installation. Juddy does his best to keep his s#%t together, racing the clock, battery, sd card data limit and an RS camera that really is RS.
Thanks for watching, Subscribing, sharing and commenting, it means the world to the Kwakka Saké Adventure Channel 🙏

Thanks Mr Will, yes once you've done it it doesn't seem that bad, I had overtightened the starter gear/rotor, I took it for a test run and it was fine until I opened Hopper up a bit and then I heard this sickening sound, luckily I pulled up immediately, I thought I had seized the motor, I pushed the bike home with all these voices in my head saying not very nice things, I let the boys know I was out, I couldn't make the ride. Mate I went to bed feeling like an idiot, I pulled it down next day, tourqed it about 40nm less, put him back together and He was brand new again, I expect I could probably do it with my eyes closed now ✌️😉 thanks for watching 👀 and commenting Brother 🙏

OK so, I'm going to pull my bike apart tomorrow to find the Doohickey. If by chance it doesn't have a Doohickey I will find or grow one myself.

Lol Bro, A must have on a KLR 650 mate. I believe it is the most Googled word in history, that would make the KLR 650 the most googled bike 😉👍

Thanks for this😢 I needed a little inspiration. Lost my Boxer dog Ingwer 3 weeks ago and I’m as low on life and can’t get up and do anything on my own power. I’ve had many rescues dogs but only a few raised from puppy till the end😢 . This one’s going to take some time to come back from.

I'm so sorry to hear this Mate, You lost a family member Michael, there is no argument about that, it's a process, grief and loss, us blokes are so messed up with this macho, it's weak to show emotion BS, just sharing is the road to healing, well done Brother for getting it off your chest. I was building my home on a budget out of an old horse stabe, there were so many challenges involved, then a Christmas lunch my dog Lucy played down, with a smile on her face mind you, and died in my arms. The grief was enormous, then a day or 2 later foxes, or wild dogs killed all my chickens and ducks in one night 🌙 The carnage was so much, I buried all the dead, someone said the wrong thing, at the wrong time and I lost it, I packed all my stuff up and left home for 2 years, nearly lost my farm, dogs and partner all cause I didn't deal with the grief. I like that saying, it ain't weak to speak, so important. Anyways, long story short, I'm glad you said something. R.I.P. too your puppy mate. I'm glad you enjoyed the film mate, and I hope it does motivate you 👍 Good on you Bro, thanks for watching 👀 and commenting 🙏

Dogs are the best people. You'll be alright mate. I lost my father recently, life can flash before your eyes. The only thing to do is put your boots on and fuggin keep going forwards. It's the only option. OK, SO, there's Doohickey's to conquer!

The very last bit of audio; why’ve I got a bolt left over?
    🤔😩🤷‍♂️🤣🤣🤣

You made it right to the end mate 👏 I actually did a wee right after I turned the camera off, I decided to leave the audio of that experience in, then I realised it was probably a bit crass so I did the voice over the top, the audio of the bolt left over was earlier, I thought it would make a good ending, I doubted anyone would get that far.. thanks for helping me out Calum with the comment and for watching 👀 all the way, very much appreciated 🙏😊

Good one Bro, Eagle Mike says 145 ft pounds, this equates to 197nm, it was way too tight, so I dropped it to 180nm, still too tight, I ended up settling on 170nm, that is still tight however the starter gear spins freely, I think they do differ, if I had my time over I would have settled on 176nm.
Interestingly, the gen one spec was 130ft pounds and that equates to 176nm, Cheers Oli ✌️😊
