About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

I always laugh at how George says "B.L." like it's a known term & he didn't just make that up on the spot lmao 🤣
shes a BLW .. beautiful line woman
@@spunn_co It's lineswoman.
Yeah. Total fail on George's part. It's like when Friends or How I Met Your Mother would try to come up with phrases or ideas that would become a "thing" in Pop culture, attempting to copy Seinfeld but coming up way short.
@@bossfan49 ok, I never noticed that watching those shows
George and Jerry improvising different natural ways of hiding their lips from her while conspiring is one of the best scenes of the show. 😂
Thank you for saving me the time of having to type out what you just said. 🤣
It's a skill just like juggling
"It's not you, it's me"
A phrase that exists in every language 😄
Remember when George was indignant when a failed date told him "It's not you, it's me." and he retorted, "You're giving *me* the "it's not you it's me routine? I invented "It's not you it's me."
"How about six" "Six is good" "You have a problem with six"

Ihhhh..
Ehhhh..
George has Great hearing!
Lol
What I could never figure out is how the lineswoman mistook "sweep" for "sleep". One uses a "sw" mouth movement and the other an "sl". It's pretty easy to tell the difference.
You are going to the other side with the "hi".. you are never gonna make it😂😂 Georgie boy is hilarious
Kramer signs exactly how I would expect. It’s a great translation of his real voice and mannerisms
he is the king of physical comedy don't forget.
is it legit
"Sure. I'll do it." Lol!!
Jerry wasn’t exaggerating. Shes absolutely gorgeous. I’m smitten.
Yeah, she's a B.L.
What are you going to say?
She’s a BL
She's just ok. She's an OKL
@@bossfan49Wow dude you must have god-tier standards, what a stud
She sure is beautiful! Marlee Maitlin. She is deaf in real life. She won an Oscar and Golden Globe for her role in "Children of a Lesser God" from 1986.
Awesome on the West Wing too
Wow I didn't know that Thanks 👍
@@Robbie_SYou are very welcome.
She was also great in the last 3 seasons of The L Word.
Cool lore drop
Only George would be comfortable being the third wheel 😆
I feel sorry for George. He needs to find himself a good blind woman to take on a date.
A blind date
He could let the house go, let himself go, etc
He’d never be able to keep her.
@@sketchycat6223 yep lol
George: "She'd never know I'm not good enough for her!"
Jerry: "I think she'd figure it out." Lmao
A new vocabulary was invented with this eposode we all heard after this show for years and years, never gets old. The show about nothing from writers and L David,
Jerry it's gold, pure gold.
And that vocabulary was???
The audience applauded in appreciation when Kramer signed despite the fact it was complete gibberish. He literally signed, "Boy live sun again on not sign later."
The man is a poetrianist.
Bingo!
I heard it was mandatory for Seinfeld's audience to graduate in sign language in order to watch the show live... what a disappointment.

???
There was a couple times he rattled off fake Italian that sounded believable too. 😀
It’s two different sounds, IH and EH! 😂😂 he’s got a point.
To be fair to George, is plan was actually really good here
The rineswoman is lidicurously beautiful 😂😂
wrong episode man 😂
She’s a BR.
Beautiful Rineswoman
@@terrellp22 🤣🤣
They way jerry and george try talking my covering their mouths 😂
Let's sweep together
Marlee Matlin used to be huge. And I guess she still is, but she used to be EVERYWHERE.
She is doing behind the scenes work now to uplift young deaf actors and those in the industry. That’s why CODA even exists. She won her Best Actress Oscar and still has yet to have anyone beat her feat with it.
I think she is ready to pass the torch.
She’s in family guy
@@jmoriarty8000 She was in a few cutaway gags, but I don't think she's a regular guest star.
My fav series six and the city...
I was just gonna wondering the streets 😂😂😂😂😂😂
It's not you, it's me! 😂
I doubt reading lips is something one can truly perfect. I'm sure she has come across people saying "six" before.
I think the problem is she briefly looks down at her purse at the moment he says, "We'll pick you up," and thus she doesn't catch that. So she doesn't realize he's still talking about the car service when she meets his gaze again; if she had, she would've immediately known he was saying "six."
I can't help but look at these background actors. The way their whole head moves to track the ball movement. There must have been someone on set coordinating them.
Of course, I think in real life you could just move your eyes back and forth for the most part instead of turning your neck. That would be a really uncomfortable experience after a while 😂
She's a "B.L"...
Beautiful Lines-Woman
😍😍
George definitely didn't just make that up on the spot 😂
it always bothered me when george did the stretch idea at the end. it just hid his mouth from the camera but its still in full view to the girl
I agree Jerry. Marlee was stunning
You think you're going to the other side with "Hi"?
Psych yourself into it!
Like walking on hot coals!
Lol

Laura: Bingo 🎾 👟
"How 'bout six?"....
"Six is good....😅
George talked to that woman the whole night and didn't know she could read lips.
He knew she could read his lips since he was just a few feet away from her. He didn’t realize she could also do it from a long distance until she commented on the couple across the room.
George is the best🤣💯👍
Probably one of the funniest episodes. From George and Jerry at the dinner trying to his their lips to Kramer saying "She doesn't know what she is talking about"
That Hunan place... isn't it in Weekend at Bernie's too?
Yes!
Aside from the finale court case, sign language being phonetically similar to spoken English is the hardest you have to suspend your disbelief in the show
So they're not using real ASL in this episode?
@@12classics39 idk I don't know sign language
@@12classics39Marlee Matlin is a real deaf actresss so I’d imagine they are using genuine ASL with her
Very funny 😄 episode 😅
I've often why I look like Newman (with a beard)... but honestly I've acted like George... but without his incredible (supernatural)... luck...lol
Marlee Matlin is also on family guy
"You think youre gonna get to the other side with "Hi"? Youre not gonna make it"
Jerry called her a "Big. Lineswoman.."
4:47: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5...
“I’m not saying she’s deaf, she’s deaf!”
2:15 😂
There real and spectacular
She was good on the West Wing
BL actually makes sense if you're trying to cut out syllables....I know someone that says "IDK" instead of "I don't know" - never made sense to me since either way it comes out to the same 3 syllables.... 🤣🤣
Yeah, when I worked in NYC it always bugged me that the traffic lady would say "G-W-B" instead of "George Washington Bridge". Same number of syllables. Once she said "30 minutes coming in on the G-dub". I liked that but it did not catch on.
@@uncareid5557 GWB..same number of syllables, yes.. but fewer consonant sounds. Less work for the jaw/mouth. I'd go along with G-Dub.
3:30: you know, fun fact: george actually invented that
To be honest this was one of Jerry's best girlfriends.
Good to see something funny for a change
Did you JUST discover Seinfeld?
The deaf actress in the movie CODA
How would a deaf lines woman know what to say? Needs to hear whats said? Who was the Croat girl I wonder?
in the frontier the ear is out front because you listen first, then look and smell your way through danger....many seek refuge but is that not trash?
So, I'm wondering...did they ever have six?
is that real sign language by kramer
She really is a BL if I ever saw one.
The casting until 2016 were fantastic. The women were beautiful, interesting, and less annoying. Today, they don't smile, old and cranky. No wonder Holywood losing money.
1:42 then she’s not really deaf because she clearly heard him 🤷♂️
Ya because she reads lips, she didn’t turn around because she heard him
Hahaha
When I was fifteen years old I bought my for pair of leopard underwear. My mom came into my bedroom one morning to wake me up to get ready for school and saw me in my leopard underwear. She said to me nice jungle undies Tarzan
Dude, give it a rest with your leopard underwear, leopard speedo fetish. Constantly saying you love George... you want to see him in leopard speedos.... just give it all an fn rest.
3:33
Hi
Shes not a novelty act George
She deaf
*shrugs* She doesn't know what she's talking about.
P
They went a little overboard with Jerry's admiration. She's not that hot.
