Thank you for using DIY Detail. Great job with the prep, looking forward to the next video.
Looking forward when your products are available on Amazon!
Same here. A few of their products are available on Walmart. Many people just won’t buy outside of Amazon will open to more sales.
@@hartlanddetailer5670 very soon
Next one shows how easy the ceramic coatings are to install. Very happy with the results so far.
@@CarsWithKeav excellent.
I have watched a lot of prep videos. Yours is one of the Best!!
Really appreciate that!
Love your videos! Keep it up!!!
Thank you!
Great explanation about the prep. In the whole process. Definitely people should know the prep is one of the most important steps on ensuring that the ceramic coating bonds to the surface
Thanks bro
Great vid...as always! I have those same bucket dollies from Walmart...killer deal! Grabbed a set of those Ridge Nozzle Guards too...another great deal!
Walmart has some great deals. Not a fan of most of the chemicals, but several of the accessories are top notch values.
Great video. always top notch. That front lift its legit. 🔥
It’s a life saver so far.
Love your videos but the mostly I like is the bloopers. Keep it going that way. Nice job and love the color of your car.
The bloopers come natural to me. 🤣
Great video!
Thank You
Washed it like a BOSS!!! .... DIY BOSS :) While DIY may be "new" in the world of detailing, their products are truly AMAZING. I am a huge fan. I need to get me a DIY banner to hang on my garage wall.
After trying new things after being exclusive to Gtechniq I just don’t have the urge to try others. They are so easy to use. I will for the channel reviews have to try other things though. I can still hav emu favorites in the end.
Thank you!
WOW!! 15 degree tip! You are braver than I! 25 degree is the most abrasive I would go. Lol
I wouldn’t if it was 1k+ PSI, but it’s probably 875 to 900. Made sure to be far away. I have always used a 15 on my wheels and tires.
@@CarsWithKeav You know your equipment. I am a big Sissy. I stick with 40 degrees on everything.
love the out takes at the end- its hard making videos. Sweet ride. Yes this helped me as will be doing a coating myself soon and good to see the steps taken. I will use a DA polisher and my car is in 6 months old and the paint is good. Not sure if I should use the yellow pad only or yellow pad and the the red jeweling pad with my DA or just the jeweling pad if i have no swirls? Thinking of doing just the yellow and red. My process will be Pre foam with adams mega foam, rinse, foam, adams car soap or debating if i should use a strip wash, iron remover, rinse, water spot remover with a wash mitt ok or microfibre? rinse, dry with air blower and towel but doesn't have to be perfect as will be polishing. Does that process sound ok would you say? Thanks
Thank You. Bloopers come very natural to me. LOL That sounds good if you have no swirls the Jeweling pad will work just fine. If paint is in great shape no need for a two step. Just a good round of polish and you should be good.
@@CarsWithKeav Thanks for the input will be giving it a try
Thanks Keav, how do you like the DYI products?
I love them so far. So easy and effective to use.
Great video. Explain the floor please? What's on it and how is the water draining...?
I explain in the following video. th-cam.com/video/HV8xDwMUctk/w-d-xo.html
Keav you BEAST😤 How much is the DIY hand Sander?
Around $60 you could even go with a wired one at like $30.
Great video brother. Who makes the best iron Decon?
Adams
I truly think they all work well they use mainly the same chemicals. I like DIY due to I can use as a lubricant at the same time to save a step for the decon towel. I really liked Gtechniq W6 before that.
Good stuff... if you already have all clean you probably don't need brakebuster for the wheels tires... all personal preferences...
Personal preference for sure. Brake buster is thicker so it flings a little less. It also had corrosion inhibitors. Seems to help with surface rust for me, but ymmv! Both are great.
This is why I use it!
Mainly for the corrosion inhibitors and it just sticks so good.
@@jayhoughton558 rust inhibitors are in most products, but not every company chooses to market it. Surfactant based products are natural rust inhibitors, but after you use the product, you rinse it away, negating and rust inhibiting properties that the surfactants minimally provide.
What’s your experience washing in the garage on Swisstrax? Do you have a drain?
I have several small drain channels dug into the concrete that exit under the garage door.
what is the setup for the humidity?
I have a dehumidifier if it gets bad, but my split A/C system runs while I’m washing and has an air drying mode.
I really wish I had a larger garage.... This heat is a killer this summer man :{
Before the garage I washed at night, but too many bugs. Then I started in the morning, but then the car would dew over while I was drying. 🤷♂️
@@CarsWithKeav Can't win that easily man lol
Man, my wife would just throw a pillow outside and lock the Damn deadbolts on my azz. I spent 6 hours cleaning and detailing our cars over the weekend. im still hearing about it right now. 😂
My wife is okay as long as it’s her car I’m washing. 🤣
@@CarsWithKeav That's the truth.
First 🙂
Awesome!
