So to be 100% transparent, after subbing recently & thoroughly enjoying your content for so many reasons cuz you’re amazing…you have helped motivate me to repair *MY* relationship with food. I’m 5’7” and fluctuate between 128-135, depending on how well I am eating. I’m not a morning eater, I can’t eat until I’ve been awake for a few hours, and by then I’m normally at work or I’ve had a coffee which keeps me from feeling hungry. So…I decided to make a big batch of protein smoothie mix then freeze the mix in an ice cube tray and portion out a weeks worth of smoothies so I can at least put *something* in my body that’s healthy for me, even if it’s not actual food. Oh, and I have been drinking a LOT more water recently too. I have such a warped food intake routine and you’ve helped me change that, so thank you! Hoping to integrate workouts into this soon, too, but I’m taking things one step at a time. That said, I have done some research about my age, metabolism and body structure and I’ve found that having a plan helps. Or at least it has been helping me. I want to tone up areas that have been neglected due to a super busy schedule & my mental health stuff. But seeing your videos has been a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing your journey with us! 🫶🏼

The fact that you are insecure about those parts means that you are aware of what you want to change and that is the first part. People that show these parts that they are uncomfortable with but pretend not to be are in denial and are only doing more harm to themselves. The only thing left to do is change the parts you don’t like about yourself with time, patience, and commitment. I’m strongly to lose weight and stick to the gym as well. But I realize that I can’t lie to myself and say I’m getting skinny or losing weight or even eating better when I’m really not because it’ll only delay me from becoming who I want to be. Just keep going! It’s okay to feel uncomfortable because that is what causes change. You got this!
