Hey man, that's really good to know! Thanks for commenting. I'll definitely consider a smaller wheel and the new Corolla wheels actually look pretty good!
what year is yours? I heard from 2014 model the suspension changed and make it more plush, definately putting the smaller wheels on it would make a good difference. To be honest I love the look of the bigger wheels, but i love ride comfort more and handling doesn't phase me unless it's really bad!
@@aussiebatler mine is a 2012 year model. I’m also of the same mind, I love the look of a larger wheel, even 18s would be nice (mine are stock 17s) but I don’t want anything firmer than it already is!
Hi Sammy, we just took ownership of a 2018 F Sport with 17,000kms , I drove it from Picton to ChCh today. It's in the same colour as yours. Very pleased with the way it drives
Your videos are amazing. So informative, detailed and honest. wanted to ask. The reports of head gaskets in the earlier models seem to be mostly in the US. Did they happen in NZ or do you have experience?Redriven says they not common in Aus. Im in South Africa. Thanks for your vids bro
How much tyre air need to on tyres I bought it ct recently and I have tyre pressure light coming up. I actually had 26 on all tyres so I filled it up to 30 on each tyres. The car has big alloys. Let me know thanks.
I think I expressed some disappointments, but I wouldn't call it 'bashing' the car. The idea is that there are pros and cons - I'm not biased to loving every aspect or hating every aspect of the car. And as a viewer, you've got to decide for yourself whether those pros or cons matter to you. Overall, despite a few cons with the features in the interior, it is a good car that's done what we've wanted it to do: be a nice premium everyday commuter car that hasn't skipped a beat.
Hey bro - the supplier is CAR-ACT. I have started to sell the bumpers here in New Zealand because I’ve bought a few of them for a number of my Lexus cars and have had nothing but great service from them.
If I complained that it didn't have massaging seats, then I would agree with you. But if you know anything about cars, you'd know that in this situation, powered seats are a completely reasonable thing to complain about. No other Lexus has ever come with manual seats. It's not consistent with their brand and product. It's a 2012 car not a 1990s car. It is not a sophisticated and expensive piece of technology. And the fact that in a trim level they offer power controls for the driver but not the passenger is crazy. I think your comment (incl. 'get real') seems to be a pretty strong comment for such a small comment made in an owner's review video which is all about an owner's personal opinion on a car.😆
I changed the stock 17 inch (215/45/17 offset 45) to Corolla 2021 205/55/16 offset 40). The ride is now superb

Great Idea 💡

Great video Sammy. Lexus must have received the similar feedback about "no power passenger seat". My 2019 CT does come with powered passenger seat.

I like this car but i worry about head gasket
Great video as always.
What editing/software do you use for your thumbnails? Beautiful!
Thanks man, cheers for the comment! I just use Adobe Photoshop for the thumbnails.
@@sammygoris Thanks for the reply. Great content. Take care.

Avoid aftermarket headlights 100%. Unless you want burnt out body computers.
Have you had that experience? I've owned a number of aftermarket headlights and had no issues with any of them.
It's confusing. You bash the car one minute then praise it another minute and it's like you are not sure.

What's the name of the bumper supplier from China?

Thank you. I'm sure those aftermarket bumpers will sell fast. It looks a lot better than stock.
@@sammygoris i want upgrade too, but idk where I can sell bumper in Australia. Do you know?
thinking bout buying one , i have 15 saved up ! just couple more months 😅
Nice! All the best! Amazing cars...
complaints on engine noise is one terrible thing..
Turn up the sound system then 😂
Good video
You lost me at "I hate that there's no power passenger seat." Hate? Pretty strong word for that. Get real.
