- Driving, errrrr piloting(!), the V8 trike. Got up to 60 mph!

i watched him mock up one of many attempts in a barn, back in the mid 90s. he scratched that attempt, but slowly came around to this nice creation. this guy is not rich, he's taken lots and lots of time, thought, patience and a slow trickle of money to put this together. love and a dream. that's all. any diclwads wanna badmouth a true kind soul & man of God- go ahead. he once taught me we should all try our best at what we love.

So many builders seem to just grab a stack of square or rectangular box section when using a big V6, V8, or V12 Engine, so it’s nice to see one with round tubing for a change.

What engine are you running? I see you have it painted Orange. Is that Dodge or GM Orange? With the distributor in the front I'm guessing either a Buick, Oldsmobile or Pontiac motor. You have the siamesed center exhaust ports. Looks like a Chevy block, but I'm not sure.
Chevy's had the distributor in the back of the block standing straight up.
It's a sweet sounding engine. Nice video.
Don't be afraid of it. Get on it. I wanted to see all kinds of crazy from that thing. Probably 6 or 700 hp and under 2k lbs it should be scary

it looks like one of those "Reliant Robins" the Brit's made back in the 70's, but with an aluminum chase and is much more stable than the Robin was. That thing must have a HUGE F-ING CAM IN IT BECAUSE IT JUST SOUNDS LIKE IT DOES NOT WANT TO IDLE, IT WANT'S GO GO! AND FAST TOO I BET!? Have you taken it down the quarter mile yet? if so, then what was the time and speed at the trap? I would sooo love to know. LMAO, what we, as humans can't do when we set our minds to something! Amazing.

Nice trike and the engine sounds sweet! A bit loud with the open headers, if it were me, I would have a set of 40 series Flowmasters, or a set of Purple hornies on there.

For the benefit of your Enlightenment I am an Engineer with double Masters Degrees and a string of accolades to my credit including Australia's most awarded Bridge Builder. I also built the Hydro Electric Dam & Power Station which also supports part of the Autobahn in Bremen Germany along with 40 miles of motorway & 27 bridges in the UK I built my own car during my schooldays to mention only a few. So what have you achieved by comparison? Or are you feeling crippled now?

Looks like a large go Kart with a wheel missing. No trike aesthetic appeal at all.
Well the only thing what makes it look not so much like a trike is all the side protection, but it still has the arrow shape. I think its cool, even it dont looks like a classic trike, and dont soy you wouldnt enjoy riding this beast

Trike huahwi is that everyone doggone thing that I have never seen before is that thing out of the Space Age all dead my God what the heck is a built there holy jumping is that ever cool man I've seen some blanks but that comes one that I have never ever seen in my life I wonder if it is street legal and if so can you take video of yourself driving it and post it to me I would like to see how it runs and must have taken years to build and a lot of effort but they built something there that nobody else has I'll say that for sure but the only thing is I noticed when you are backing up you need some kind of rear view mirrors on the side so you can see what's behind you or some kind of sensors maybe even install a back camera so you can back up and if you screen on the front newer vehicles have this kind of Technology but anyhow yours truly sincere TCB Elvis Arion Presley Mark Dawson I'm alive and I'm living well in Canada

It's ridiculous, he can't even turn it without backing up, it takes too much space to manoeuvre and I'm pretty sure it drinks a gallon of race fuel every few minutes.
It's definitely not an everyday driver unless you got (foolish money) to burn.

There's really no agreement on car or trike. It is registered in florida as a motorcycle. I personally think autos are for the comfort of the driver and passengers and motorcycles are optimized mechanical conveyances regardless of driver/rider comfort.

A few problems I see with this comment: First of all, I have seen this exact same comment on other videos, so that takes away any credibility right there. Second, what the hell is a "double master's degree?" Third, exactly what does this have to do with anything here?
